Dictators are pretty solid; so are Mars BCs. Generally, you want at least one ship with launch bays per 750pts.

Otherwise, I'm personally not a fan of the Gothic, but do like the Lunar. Especially in pairs, but otherwise a Lunar can support a Dictator pretty effectively. If you can combine torps and bombers in a single turn the enemy has to choose where to use their turrets.

For escorts, I like the Sword best, but all are usable.

I sank a lot of time into figuring out lists back in the day, but since there weren't a lot of players in my area I quit.

4x Sword class frigates [140pts]

The Eldar and Tau minis look beautiful, and the Eldar ones are pretty cheap on Ebay. Does anyone have a good Eldar list?
