Space marines.
They spend their time working out and fighting, eating healthy, they don't do drugs and are almost immune to alcohol.
Sisters also are fit.
IG smoke lho and drink fuel, other humans may do drugs, drink amasec, etc.
Orks eat junk food (sometimes literal) and are careless about their health.
Chaos - nuff said.
Necrons cannot be fit because they're friggin living robots, they have no muscles to work out.
Tyranids over-eat and have too much unprotected sex.
Eldar are anorexic. Dark ones are into torture, and that's not very healthy.
