D&Ds hobgoblins have reddish skin, pointed ears, a very feline face, and appear very much like devilish goblins with the proportions of a human.

In PF, they look like Tolkien Orcs, with grey skin, pointed ears, and minor tusks. Azog from the movies would be a particularly handsome hobgoblin.

In PF, you would run into the additional issues of promiscuity among them, due to not practicing any form of monogamy. She will sleep around with whoever catches her fancy at any particular time.
