Contact our resident Transmutation Wizard and politely ask him to clean a pdf. He will set his scrying device to accept pdfs and then you ship it to him. Magic occurs, then the pdf is purified.

As usual with every new thread, I'm gonna leave this here to get it out of the way of the rest of the thread. The attached file is my personal wishlist of Savage Worlds PDFs still missing from my collection. It's organized by setting, starting with the settings that are missing the most files and going down to the ones that are missing a single, solitary file. It's been updated to remove the stuff people have shared in the last thread and I know for a fact that a lot of other people around here have been requesting quite a few of those books. I don't think any of these files are in any active Savage Worlds trove out there or have ever been shared before. If anybody here cares to take a look at it and provide anything - really, anything at all - from the list, I'm sure it would be appreciated not only by me, but by a lot of other people as well. I sincerely appreciate your willingness to help and your eagerness to share, but unfortunately, what I'm looking for isn't there. Almost every single time someone requests the Savage Worlds version of All For One, someone else posts a link to those files along with a similar "can't believe you missed it" or "it's in Da Archive" without realizing that none of those files is actually for the Savage Worlds version of the setting. They're all for the Ubiquity version of All For One. Like I said, the Savage Worlds version of the core book has never been shared before.

So, I feel like an asshat asking this question, but does anyone know a way to edit a PDF while retaining the original formatting? I'm going through Da Annex manually inserting line breaks one at a time. It's doable (although tedious), but it's not even close to as large as Da Archive.

Google gives me some info on how to convert to Word from Adobe, but I'm wondering if anyone else has some ideas before I download either/both of those?

One of them is literally sweep (an edge that is still available), except you're allowing yourself to be forced to move a running die result in squares without doubling back and its rank costs are inflated.

So its sweep. Its sweep except, you're forcing movement, and you can't ditch the -2 penalty until heroic.
You can already attack at any point in your movement, so for inflated rank costs, and multiple trait requirements you can potentially hit 1 or 2 more people than you normally would in specific circumstances. It also doesn't get rid of parting blows in any capacity outside of hoping you shake your opponent's, combine that with the movement being forced, and you're much more likely to run into situations where you're getting diddled by attacks of opportunity and shaken yourself than getting that extra mook in your flurry of blows.

It's a poorly designed edge that looks thematic, but doesn't take system interaction into account and ultimately falls flat. There are more examples of course, but that's the one that comes to mind the quickest.

After an in depth analysis let's look at things closer and ignore how some schools get way more edges than others
Edges are also neither sorted by rank or school
Frenzy and first strike are also both better than counter attack in terms of its hard 1 limit, yet the first two combine with nearly everything often to the explicit forbiddance of counter attack even when appropriate

Musketeer is over ranked
Spanish is reasonable, much better than old half orc edge that let you spend a benny to do that
Venus's first edge should just be situational mods attached to the existing test of wills mechanic and the idea that you need an edge to flash someone leg is ridiculous. something like the old snake oil salesman would have been more appropriate. Its heroic edge is also minmax able as fuck
Rio isn't thematically consistent and 2 of its 3 edges are trash, they're all over costed
Breaking blow is just boring old sunder back again. Nothing special
Buckler bash is literally just the del rio edge but both more versatile, more damaging and with lower requirements. Come on now those are literally on the same page
Sword and shield is probably one of the worst edges I've ever seen. It makes no sense (rest your buckler on your sword for +1 die type in strength!).Its functionally +1 to damage in exchange for not using the shield to do anything else even parry. So it actively works against the previous edge in the school on top of being absurdly over costed. Hell even without the drawbacks it for some reason thought were necessary this is trash. It can't even be used for minimum strength requirements. Savage worlds needs less trap options not more
Combat clinch is like not!sunder just boring, should be part of a wrestling school not a ye old boxing one
Delayed blow is jank as fuck, situational as fuck and more appropriate for kill bill then this setting or its style's namesake, like everything else it is also over ranked

Geometry of style is severely meh
Leg strike is alright but with a requirement of a d8 strength it kind of defeats the purpose of subbing in a skill for that attribute
Danse macabre I already went over, as an edge with a penalty its odd that this is the only fencing edge with an improved version to remove that penalty
Master horseman (this is a fencing edge because what?). The setting bans ace, and then replaces it with horse ace for some added "sure ok"
Patient strike allows you to be useless for multiple turns for a mediocre payoff, or more likely can be summarized as negating half of counter strike's penalty if you first guess who will hit you
Static defence is another boring have a number edge though it is decent for what it does if not immediately countered by several other schools
Surgical precision, oh boy another edge more suited for an eastern kungfu game, the requirements (including its limited uses) means the trait substitution isn't helpful and is just an added cost. The second part is only useful against wildcards while using gritty damage, and even then you've still probably just hit guts. Worthless implementation of a neat idea, this edge section in a nutshell
Swirl of the cape, oh boy let's make the old entangle edge which was explicitly this worse and boring, oddly enough yet again the boring edge is costed reasonably

Anatomie allows you to dump strength, thematic but that's not something a system should strive for, the -1 to deal non-lethal also is explicitly a bladed weapon thing so that doesn't really make sense
Pugilism, have brawler with no requirements...well that's fucking boring but also actual pugilism unlike both of this school's edges
Venus makes sense, pretty reasonable
Musketeers pretty fucking baller bonus there adding to the growing disparity between schools
Tarrasque an effective net 1 bonus damage, whoop whoop
Danse pretty reasonable if again a boring reduction in a specific number considering how great wild attack is, this seems unnecessary
Position de Fer, fuck that german school I guess. Another boring situational numbers thing
Geometria well we have another way to dump strength and beef up the already over skilled smarts, having your character be able to rely as much as possible on a single stat isn't really great game design
Renoir a style that lets you get improved versions of 3 edges 1 rank early but also let's you ignore 1 point of gang up against you...with no special edges of its own, why? That's underwhelming as shit
Scarlotti interesting, good to see some more movement tech, it's like the spear first strike combo in core but costs an edge. It also doesn't really seem to fit with its really terrible edge
Spanish proves to be the shonen style, but I really have to say boring numbers and let's make wild attack even better. Nothing like a called shot to the head for +7 damage at only a -1 penalty to hit. I mean yeah -3 to parry, but who will you be defending against?
