Unfortunately, the Cyclops Demolition Vehicles may not be transported in vehicles anymore.

You used to be able to drop them from Valyries, too.

Although the best option would be to take them and put them in a Chimera, then put the Chimera in a Capitol Imperialis. (If you could find a model for it.)

My electroservitors are a consequence of my Genetors fighting on Konor against the Death Guard. Since their biological constructs proved to be somewhat more vulnerable to warp plagues than the mechanical soldiers of the conventional Mechanicus, the Renegade Archmagos came up with something interesting.

He acquired the bodies of fallen Khornate champions, mighty mortal and Astartes alike, and made war-servitors of them. Those without the gene-bulked muscle of a Space Marine were carved apart to insert crude slabs of vat-grown meat, which served to boost their strength if not durability to required levels.
Armed with superheated weapons to prevent infected fluid splashing from wounded Nurglites, these new creations formed the primary assault troops for the creation of a new observation beachhead, as Khorne's favour still protects these savaged creatures from the worst of Nurgle's afflictions. Of course, they don't last long, but in a warzone this apocalyptic there's no shortage of fresh converts.

He's a Renegade Archmagos, anon. They've wanted his head for years, but since he normally is tucked away in one heavily developed hellforge system somewhere in the Ghoul Stars and doesn't do a huge amount they've had their hands full with the whole Black Crusade thing. Now he's come out looking for loot when the Great Rift hit, and he's fighting on Konor for knowledge rather then alignment. I got my ass kicked by DG week 2, then refluffed a couple week 3 battles against Khornates to be me defending my new observation base and collecting Human Resources for the boys, since it fit the narrative and pretty much exactly follows my thought process on how to deal with stuff like DG Leviathans and other big stuff sometimes buffed by Necrosius, as well as why I'm not really joining in the later weeks because work. Narrative has been (hell)forged.

I suspect he's getting plenty of interesting data from the Plague Comet nonsense Morty's pulling off. I'm probably going to make a model for him soon, since my two Dunecrawlers and my Cult Mech stuff really need those rerolls. Just trying to come up with a way to unify my 30k bases of factory floor and 40k bases of blasted mud. Thinking I make and scatter about some wrecked metal panels and treadplate in the mud bases for the Archmagos, my Knight and any other similar big stuff, which should stop the all-metal scout drones and the all-mud Skitarii and Sicarians I've already done from clashing too much.

If they are walking, focus fire before they hit rapid fire range. This should not be hard as they are not exceptionally fast. If you're ballsy, get heavy flamer sponsons + heavy flamer on the hull and the moment they do get into rapid fire range, drive tanks forward and roast them 3d6 auto hits of s5 ap-1. Otherwise just back up and keep shooting. 3 Punisher(regular) tanks should take out a 3 out of 10 Hellblasters over the course of 2 turns. I say should, erring on the side of caution. You're likely to do much much better than that. Just remember, one leman russ can't solo a squad anymore.

Now if the primaris are sitting in a repulsor tank, thats where pask with a vanquisher, lascannon and 2 multimeltas shine. Pop that tank like an overripe pimple and kill the things inside the moment they pop out.

Finally, Hellblasters are pretty meh against your vehicles. Even though they have great Ap, they are only wounding on 4s and doing 1 damage if they don't overcharge or wounding on 3s and doing 2 if they do overcharge. Until they get into rapid fire range, they odds of them actually popping a tank in a single volley is pretty low.

Neat, I'm currently writing a whole book of lore not only for my Regiment but also my friends Warband, and other friends Kabal.

In short my Guard are based of STALKER, Metro, and other post-apocalypse Russian stuff. Planet appears like many modern day abandoned urban areas mixed with places like my home counties terrain (Pic related). Along with an entire continent being the zone from STALKER.

Friends Warband is based around Dinosaur stuff and Hunter tropes. From a Volcanic world thats far from the sun so its still cold. Worked in his lore pre-heresy helping my world fight back waves of monsters from the zone, and in horus heresy and post trying to take the world eventually.

Other friends Kabal is based around old retro horror stuff, including a haemonculus based on the old crazy german doctor trope. still hammering out some stuff with him though.

In the end i'm the lore writer of my friends and already have over 50 pages of combined lore of our 3 factions and am making a whole different book of our sector we are fighting in for ourselves and other friends who may want to read up and join in. Its filled with planets and factions and history and shit. This way even if we lose battle not all hope is lost and our factions still live and shit. Right now i'm setting up a mini-campaign in one system and am working on building a table based on a hive world, as well as a nearby planet in this specific star system that is an mountainous mining world.

if you want I can help you with lore stuff, all I do is start writing lore when I get bored. Would really be cool to see some of the lore of your boyz, and how they got so pyro based, and writing battles of them burning guardsmen out of hives, or torching fields on an agri-world.

She's well on her way to a finished build, and then paint, but I've got little on my Inquisitor. It's Kill Team, too, so very small teams and very contained stories.

Thus far she's an Inquisitor who is in the employ of a Lord Inquisitor who uses her as a hunter/investigator, tasking her and her small band of Acolytes and Throne Agents with smaller-scale stuff and hunting down specific targets, or finding specific targets to be hunted down.

Kabalites actually look quite good, while wytches suffer from weird GW muscle syndrome.

Wytches compete with lots of good assault units, notably harlequins. Kabalites don't really have any competition.

Strength from death generally works best for close-range units, so wytches have the edge there. On the other hand, you probably want to blob your army fairly close together so they get SFD when they die. This means long-ranged units give you options to control a wider area.

Yvraine is probably best used fairly close to the enemy, since she has no shooting options and her really nice character-sniping power is only 18" range. This means she probably wants an escort who are at least a bit decent in close combat. On the other hand, wraithguard can handle that.

I'm leaning towards saying kabalites, but both choices are valid. Go with the one which you like the aesthetics or concept of best.

I do like Kill Team fluff. Lets you reward your troops for exceptional feats and such, I have a Vanguard who killed a Librarian on Bike and his Biker Sarge friend in one burst back in 7e, made him my Alpha Primus for small games and Kill Team and gave him a servo-arm. Of course Alpha Primii don't exist now because HQ tax but still nice.

I feel that plasma pistol thing is exactly the kind of quirk you'd see in a book about an official Inquisitor, I like it a lot. Do you have a WIP shot of her or her warband?

The c'tan are an outlier because nothing is explained about their existence or origins. The opposite holds true of chaos gods, Eldar gods, Gork and Mork, and even the emperor. Their origins are very detailed and are not left up to imagination. Using c'tan in your argument is flimsy because, as much as your arguments support it, my arguments deny it, therefore they are a moot point. There's no point in discussing them until more evidence is put forward by GW, if they ever do.

Like I said before, Gods in 40k are warp entities. If the c'tan really are Gods, then they existed in the warp before their necrodermis were fashioned by the race that birthed them.

They're all very WIP at the moment. I'll give a shot of them, although they're not even all there, since I'm still waiting on a few bits.

Pictured are four Tempestus Scion counts-as for the team, and the Inquisitor. That big round thing above the Inquisitor's body is a big hat, I can't get a better angle of it. And I know the lighting makes it look like the Inquisitor has skull-tits on her armor, but don't let that fool you, she really does.

Actually, by the rules I want to lay out via this Kill Team system, you could theoretically give your Vanguard Alpha a Servo-Arm and make him Team Leader (warlord). Hell, the new edition makes it even easier with every weapon having a weapon cost. It's how the Inquisitor has two Plasma Pistols when that's an otherwise illegal build, although I think I've made a system enough to regulate such builds and purchases well enough, though it gets a bit long on the checks and balances.

Judging from all the Admech lore I've read that's by no means an unassailable godkilling force, so Drach would probably be dealt with pretty easily if it ever got hit by a Warhound turbolaser volley or Ordinatus Minoris. Even with the possession thing, wounds to possessed forms carry over pretty well, as shown when Knight Baron lady stabs the Archimandrite and the "stone age chief" manifestation is explicitly said to have a wound from it.

Honestly if Emps had lived through the Horus fight it would probably have been possible to rebuild the Imperial Webway, there's plenty of firepower they didn't bring into Calastar because of lack of trust, which isn't really a problem post Siege of Terra where any Loyalist left is going to have proved their mettle pretty damn well.
