However, to understand it, you're going to need to read both the UK, US and Chinese tax policies in full, and then answer a quiz correctly on some of the more salient points without internet access.

Specifically NIP means 'None Interference Pact' which means individual members of different alliances/corporations can shoot at each other but there aren't going to be any operations against one another at an administrative level.
