>You can see exactly how much HP someone has, alongside how many healing surges/hit dice/reserve healing they have remaining

>Level Vision
>You can see someone's level/CR, alongside what classes they have

You can figure out HP relatively without meta vision. You just need to ask your DM for a short description of how wounded they appear.
