It's a generic system that's marketed as babby's first anime-themed tabletop RPG. It's not that crunchy, but not that fluffy either. It's the sort of thing you bring to your local anime club on campus and dink around with.
How does it compare to BESM?

It's painfully generic, with the only thing "anime" about it being some awkwardly poor imitations of anime/manga-style drawings as the game's art.
