This is a bit much for the power level of the jump. Limit it to genetically encoded abilities of yours, not stuff that isn't normally inheritable, or even just all your injump purchases and some success with the Artificial Pretender program even if you don't have that perk.

I wanted to make it a drawback worth the 300 cp. However since you can take it as a companion I do kind of see your point. Also it makes sense that the clone wouldn’t have your skill based abilities as this isn’t like a comic clone. Actually considering how powerful a jumper can get even the thought of the Center with a clone of a jumper with just genetic based abilities should be pretty frightening

There will also be a general perk that will allow you to be trained by (and even be the child of, if it's appropriate) one of the canon characters, so you can get Bo Rai Cho's moveset there if I don't have a proper Drunken Master perk.

Nah, that was totally me. It was in Civ jump, and I curled up around my capital city, acting sortof like a guardian. I sortof got the idea from Breath of Fire II, where the mom dragon blocks the door to the underworld? But I didn't have a door to block and instead just kindof existed as a giant fuckoff dragon who would come to life if the capital was ever threatened. And I ended up doing a good enough job that that never happened, so I ended up sitting there so long that soil and plantlife ended up building up around me, so I was effectively a mountain.

In one of my previous chains, FEAR. Namely because I accidentally fucked up the story by having Alma fall for Frisk, who was not only strong enough to resist her powers even without the amplifier, but the sort of person who would actually WANT to interact with her and help her.
