My Corsair Princess (one in the middle)
Metal Autarch legs, female guardian torso, Lelith Hesperax head, Metal Autarch power sword (other metal autarch) Forge world corsair wings + fusion pistol.
The bladesworn are a mix of Dire avenger heads with the plumes cut off and filed down, Dire avenger legs for the cloth bits, Guardian torsos, Storm guardian weapons, power weapons were the corsair ones.

Have some venoms instead, These corsairs just use the avenger torsos instead, reaper launchers as missile launchers

I am assuming you are talking solely about plastics, because metal and resin are often the more economical choice for small companies and by virtue of their properties much better suited to monpose.
Also, monopose generally allows for better looking kits because the sculpter doesn't have to worry about "posability" or compatability and can just focus on making the miniature good

I've always loved your Nurgle predator conversion the most.

Only thing I'd add is one large, bloated mutated eye and two smaller beady eyes next to the cannon barrel, simply because there's a targeting camera lens on the normal model there.

Here's a WIP pic. He is mostly made of green stuff, wire and parts from the AOS Maggoth Lord kit. Incidentally parts from that kit have been used for my Predator conversion, Daemonprince conversion and even plague marine conversions and I still have a bunch of it left. It's an ugly model but the kit is priceless for Nurgle conversions.

Think the rust on the sword needs a little bit more tone variation, like bright orange spots in some of the deeper crevices.

Also I'd suggest some more leadbelcher along the edge and some scrapes near it to make it look like its been dragged and swung about, despite its despite its corroded appearance.

Because right now that sword, which looks great in >>55138437 and has a LOT of lovely surface detail to give it life and depth is lost because of the overwhelming amount of grime.

TL;DR:
-Add leadbelcher to sides of blade
-Use a lighter metal paint to do scratches and highlight the blades edge and dents
-Take a light orange like fireslayer orange, water it down and use it like a wash to bring out all the nice sculpting work done on the corroded surface of the blade
-Extra disgusting cherry on top add nurgles rot rivulets flowing from the daemons blade hand.

I call him Honor Cripple

His gimmick is that he's spartan as fuck and doesnt accept decorations. He's ended up more or less as he started out, with a bolter and his trusty armor. He will have tons of painted detail but has almost no sculpted one.

A miracle of the 41st millenium, Honor Cripple has served the chapter for centuries, and was one of the first marines to be fitted with the then-new Mk VII armor.

He's a miracle of technology, more machine than human, revered as a relic himself. . He's the chapter ancient but my marines dont carry big flags into battle. Also the honorific sergeant of the Honor Guard, a title that's never in real use.

He's revered by everyone and his advice valuable to all the chapter, including the captains, chaplains and librarians, and is always at the Chapter master's side.

He's friends with a couple of dreadnoughts and older than some others.

I like monopose minis if the sculpts are good quality and I like the design.
But playing with bits is fun.

Any ideas how I could convert my chapter's librarians to make them look a bit more wizard-y? So far, I'm going to give them all force staves (with additional adornments), and hooded or long hair and bearded heads.

Anyone know of some good sites selling lookalike minis of licensed characters? For example, Hasslefree miniatures have a few miniatures that are undeniably Scooby and the gang, Major Kusanagi, the gatling gun dude from Predator, and all that.

Klukva miniatures also has a few Overwatch minis, Black Swordsman Guts, Skull Knight, and 2B from NieR Automata under different names to avoid copyright shenanigans
