This is more on Poots than scalpers, but also on the buyers who are willing to pay premium prices to the scalpers.

They're actually 35mm but they're not required at all for the game. Don't get caught up in the "collect em all hype" unless you really like the sculpt and are willing to paint it up. Again, it's also kind of Poot's fault for limiting production, but he is getting better about this the last shop update. I don't think it will ultimately get better, as Poots seems to love putting the "boutique" in "boutique nightmare horror." Still to blame are people who are willing to pay the premium prices to support scalpers and promote their behavior.

The game supports 1 to 4 players without modification to the core rules, 5 and 6 players modify the core rules a little, primarily by adding more health to the monsters, but the additional actions tend to stress the delicate action economy to breaking point.

But to answer your question, yes, it is very playable solo. You'll just control your entire settlement by yourself, no arguments about resource spending and such, in a way it's a little easier than with a group.

Yeah, there are quite a bit there, mostly pinups, I think I already have all of them.

See pic related, that's an outdated list of all the models not included in the Satan pledge that were released prior to the kickstarter, at the end there were some more included like the witch disciples and whatnot. I have been able to get ahold of most of those, except some super rare exceptions like the scribe, forge god, etc. Alas, some of them are also recasts as it is literally impossible to get them nowadays. The idea is to replace the recasts with originals bit by bit, as long as they keep releasing encores for older shit.
That's why I wanted the art cards, the recasts don't have them and I wanted a temporary solution in order to have my art album as similar to the minis collection as possible. It's probably a dumb waste of time anyway, but whatever.
