Everyone itt is trolling you.
It's not a named character at all, just a generic model for a Captain with storm bolter and power sword.

Should be able to field a decent army with what I have + Grimaldus & Helbrecht.

Well glue is not glue.
There is plastic glue and superglue which are commonly used. (although i have seen things i got from ebay.....)
plastic glue is not actually a glue as its melts the plastic and when it "dries" the melted plastic forms is joined together. Which means you cannot remove the glue, you need to cut it. It does not work on metal or resin. The models you posted should be metal.
Commonly used is superglue which actually is a glue, so the parts you glue together both stick to the glue. It can often be pried by first putting hte models in the freezer and then CAREFULLY wiggle the parts or split them apart wit hte dull side of a knife. Its bond is more brittle when cold. (Unless you used some industrial works in cold stuff).
However, if you break a model or two the current space marine boxes always have "leftover parts" you dont actually need for the models inside, meaning with a new box you have some spares to fix the old models. If you plan to game in a club or store, it does not hurt to ask around, as many people keep the spares and are willing to share, especially with common stuff.
