Yeah, let's be real, these are pretty wildly unequal. Like, a lot of the ones that involve burning you forever are just a million times worse than any of the others. I've always liked the old artifacts like Mana Vault and such, where mana is represented as some kind of meat or biological matter, but this card has given me so much fun that I have to go with it.

It's just a white counterspell which forces the caster to pay one more or the spell is countered, but in my monowhite EDH nobody ever expects this.
