Mechanics are hypergranular d&d heartbreaker. Not not good, not bad enough to be a freakshow, just meh. Bouncing axes are hilarious though.
The scan with the guys hairy asshole was pretty good too.

But that's part of the game's charm!
Also notice how the trademark symbol is several times too large, and the entire book is written in Papyrus.
It adds a real, authentic "I spent 12 years in prison for murdering a young man, now live in an isolated cabin in the woods, and haven't read enough game manuals or books in general to understand why this doesn't look good" vibe.
