A forest kangdom.
Basically, there's no underclass of serfs, because druids ensure the forest is a self-maintaining ecosystem that feeds the populace while requiring only low-effort maintenance from time to time. As such there would probably be no feudal nobility. Druids would probably be of a higher status than non-druids though, and I imagine the druid-king would be elected for life from among the druidic upper class. Still, being a commoner wouldn't be so bad. At least you don't have to slave away on the land.

I also don't know where this trend of elves suddenly being brown came from but I'm not complaining.

The druid king only becomes king after he binds his life spirit to some plant or a tree typically. This permanently connects the druid caste to the forest. When the tree naturally dies he dies along with it. Then a new king is selected who plants a tree or something and binds his spirit to it and the process continues anew. So a king would probably live at the most 3500 years if nature is fortunate to the tree. At worst a king would live a season bound to a sunflower or something. I dunno.

Could be as simple as ritual cannibalism, or periodically picking a fight with whoever's dumb enough to live next to their woods. Gaia have pity on the first of them to knock over a tree while the druidic population is getting too large.

As a whole I imagine it's a small city state. Influence spreads to wild untamed forests and a few high yielding farms or orchards. They generally have less need for a well equipped army because the natural geography prevents both an invading force and outward expansion. Hunting is generally protected, the animals they herd are barely domesticated (goats rather than sheep, geese rather than chickens).

I generally would imagine its more of a limited democracy (voting is limited to wardens of particular stretches of land, and to be a warden you have to be part of upper echelons of the cult). If you wanted it to be a king with lineage, I would still tie the rulers very tightly to theocratic control especially if the druids can literally make the rivers flood and allow for crop growth and the kings don't have any power. There is a perceived mandate of heaven and earth, and if the cult fails to flood the river or a pestilence rolls through then a dynasty will probably end.

You can decide your own powerlevel, but I like the idea of the druids having great power when working together but rarely being particularly powerful on their own.

It might sound wrong, but I would probably model a kingdom with rulers after either Aztec or Egyptian civilization.

Kingdoms don't seem to fit well with Druids imo. In my campaign, the druid "kingdom" is everything, and everyone else is just squatting because they don't give a fuck. They wander wherever they feel like as nomads, and no one is stupid enough to give them shit for it.

being "one with nature" means they can be just as cruel. You don't poke the wasps nest without the expectation to get swarmed, or in this case, vine raped Evil Dead style while swarms of wasps, spiders, rats, and birds pick you apart, only for your screams of agony to be suddenly silenced by the thunderous boom of a lightning strike.

Or they will just turn into a tree and fall on you if they have something better to do at the moment, whichever.

Well first off, it depends on what sort of druids you've got going. Because the only thing that's REALLY established is that they're "Nature themed". That's it. Everything else is pretty much in the air.

My druids are more like the mother nature gaia-spirit got pissed at the concept of civilization removing her territory and people "leaving" nature. So she plucks people here and there and pumps them full of power and sends half of them to go preserve what's endangered and the other half to go on terrorism run against cities.

A kingdom of that would be trying to fight fire with fire and establishing a civilization that has all of nature at their beck and call in a blatent bout of hipocracy as they try and tear down all other societies. It could be based anywhere that's "wilderness", but of course they'd want something with a bunch of sizeable beasts so they can send a herd of charging water buffalo into an army's flank.

Subtle assassination is more their thing. I mean, one bad mosquito and the target dies of malaria. Really posionous snakes can get nearly anywhere (as long as it's warm). So... the tropics.
