He was literally left out of Super so far only because he costs a lot to animate and animators hate working with him. Why?

The spots all over him. It's a real fucking bitch to track all that shit in each frame. He's essentially nothing but an issue for the animators and no one wants to spend any more money than they have to. His only chance is if Toriyama straight up brings him back and the first thing he does is change to a new, spotless form.

I think that he'd be too strong. Saiyan genes for SSJG, Frieza & King Cold genes for Golden, he'd be way too powerful.
