Your current adventuring party has been called to aid in the "purging of evil" from a "Cursed" Estate. How do they react to this, and can they manage to pull it off?
We blow the house up. Just blow it sky high. We weren't even planning to do that first, but it just sort of happened.
How to abyssal horrors react to high-yield laser weaponry?

Everything but the Inchoate Flesh and the Heart would likely react to them poorly. Maybe...

Set all the things that burn to fire. Seriously, why didn't anyone set the forest or the warrens in fire ? Why don't anyone use fire at all ?
Anyway the purging is the easy part, it's dealing with the shit revealed at the end which is the tricky part.

>Inchoate Flesh
>dies to getting run over by a pup couple time
>would endure laser
I have my doubts.

>Thinking that the pup isn't magic bullshit.
You doubt the power of doggos my friend.

How big is the estate? How much explosives do i have access to?

The Estate's pretty damn big. I think canonical lyrics, each excursion into a part of it takes roughly a week.

I did this, one character inherited a hamlet and arrived there, claimed his birthright and freed the area from the clutching ravenous shadows of the darkest dungeon. That is to say two of his close friends died in the process, so he later renamed the hamlet to honor them.

>Blinged up Interrogator who goes full purge mode on the Inquisitor's authority
>Hiveborn Tracker/Hunter/Assassin who treats other people and especially heretics as prey
>Fat bald sage who somehow has better social luck than the Interrogator
>Reverse trap Psyker Crusader who basically is a paladin
Darkest Heresy is go

Sanctified Nova cannon shell from orbit is "plan B".
Given that they're "retired" from Inquisitorial service because one of them inherited a Warrent, they can handle most things short of full scale planetary invaision or mass cultist uprising with daemonic support.
Enslavers though... Straight to plan B, unless there's a full company of Deathwatch in-system!

Let's hope they can endure the horrible Truth that lies beneath their feet.
