Last Bard's giant bladed waist shield looks stupid as fuck, and is part of the reason for the still-unwarranted price bloat. The model is quite smaller than the Necromancer Boss and certainly less quality detail sculpting than the Goblin Guard. The living instrument's design is quite uninteresting, neither looking much like anything nor being all that horrific or demonic. (It looks like it'd be a squig from older ork rulebooks.)

Paladin V is not one that people wanted, most are holding out for the release of the normal version.

Only two new models, and with three of the reprints being ones that have had several runs to the point of "why not plastic already" is lackluster. The only thing done right was the larger stock, but that doesn't help when its testrun is shit people don't want as much.

in theory it is currently open to the public.
However, the 1st production run for most materials related to the game (Core boxes especially) has sold out.
The 2nd KS was to fund a larger reprint, and to expand the game with upgrades and new expansions.
Once all of this is delivered, sales will be open to the public once more (presumably in phases, with the new Core boxes going on sale after the backers' have been delivered towards the end of this year).
Count on it selling out a little slower this time, as the high cost and larger print run should ensure a better supply this time around.

The 1st run of the game was ~10k copies, nearly 6k of those went to backers, the reprint is probably more like 15-20k, and relatively speaking, fewer core box copies will be going to backers of the KS.

Honestly, I expect the reprint to be for sale for a year at least before running dry, Adam wants to sell his game, the first run he expected to last a year or two, it sold out in a couple of months instead.
The reprint is substantially bigger, and fewer of those boxes are reserved for backers, so I hope his math works out and this supply will last him a few years.

The expansions sell quite a bit slower, the most popular expansions in the 1st KS (Dragon King primarily) sold out in a matter of weeks, I expect there to be a considerably larger stock of those for this print run.

You can, they have 3 warehouses spread around the world, you'd order from the EU warehouse in Germany, or the US warehouse near New York if that ran out.
Note, this is only for sales related to the game, they ship the containers from China to those 3 locations directly.
This is mainly to reduce shipping cost (the 1.5 Core box weighs 10-11 kilos, it's expensive to ship).

The non-game models Adam sells on his store are all shipped from the US, but they should ship anywhere as well.

Very popular expansions tend to sell out over either several days to weeks (newer content especially). Otherwise it can take weeks to months to sell out. Less popular ones were discounted for Black Friday in an attempt to unload them from the warehouse.

Protip: Always try to order from your region on the store. Sometimes mixing regions in an order will fuck up your order, and at the very least it will cost you an arm and a leg in extra shipping fees.
