You look like a dork who's wearing his cloak inside out. The trigger to activate the cloak's power is putting it on properly.

CoD works by merging shadows with light, so its impossible to really tell WTF is going on inside its radius.

Turning it inside, would just mean that its impossible to tell apart anything inside of it.
But its not specified to behave like smoke, so there would actually be a silhouette, meaning the reverse user still has a figure, and any limbs poking out is visible.
