I only read the first two-ish lines because I figured that after that it would stop being relevant to the character and just be little extra details or "this is what role this character will have in a story.", but it still sounds like it would be fun to do in a more "subdued" way. Look up tropes that you feel might fit in with how you're playing your character and see what the character looks like when diluted to their core storytelling devices. Probably works better than alignment for keeping in mind "how would my character act?".

I'm going to story time this eventually, but until I find my folder here we go.

So I was in a game where the GM had us each make our own race(GURPS if you must know)

There where no humans, as this completely took place in the andromeda galaxy, and so we all set out making our races.

Now the others made pretty respectible races, except one. One dude made this horrible race of rape elves, think a horrible mix between the dark eldar and the drows from drowtales.

Now in typical bad character fashion, they where in control of a 1/3 of the galaxy, and no one was at war with them despite their constant raiding.

The character was one of the royal line and despite being in a kingdom of psychopathic idiots, everyone loved their princess.

The character was a raging bisexual, and constantly hit on others in the party, never taking no for an answer.

I however submitted my race last, just to see what stuff would appear. Realizing that no one was at war with the elves, my race was. This was met with some backlash, but I pressed on.

the race I made was a race of lego sized flying monoliths. Each member had a basic telekinesis, and a sense of duty build in for the race. We had a technological superiority, due to the fact that my race was addicted to downsizing things. The sense of duty to the race meant that we possess a drive to help and further our race.

The race had no sex drive, basically being little machines. This as it turns out was a good idea, because it's had to flirt with a flying lego

The war between our people started simply, one of our colonies had a breach in the stealth system. A nearby colony of the elves was also on the planet(our colonies are about boulder sized, due to the fact that we are tiny. The elves scouted our properties, despite being warned not too. After my people defended themselves, the elves called in the army. Our colony was captured, and thankfully none of our race was harmed(they flew away)

However each colony possesses a brick sized contraption, which makes the newer members of our race. This being stolen made high command mad.

However due to the fact the elves vastly outnumbered us, My character was dispatched to spy on the princess, and track down high priority targets.

First off I can't go into a ton of detail because I can't get to my notes because my powers off til 4:30. But I can generalize.

Second, I still feel really sorry for all the others who made biological races, because they had to deal with the flirting.

The princess snuck out of her kingdom for adventure, and I followed(the whole spy thing). She brought a "bodyguard", and they went on their merry way.

Naturally due to my size/active camo, I wasn't spotted. They got on a explorer ship owned by another pc, and asked for employment. When they had gotten the job, I too joined the crew.

Our first mission would be to deliver some cargo to a science base near the rim, it would take roughly a week to get their. I may have caused myself some suffering as my gm is big on notes and as I was spying on them, I also got to read the crazy stuff his character was doing.

During this time however my character worked on overhauling the engines, and found out as much stuff about the other crew members on the ship.

I did eventually introduce my character to the princess, and slowly pryed about her people. Either the princess was brilliantly role played as a naive person, or the pc in control was naive.

By the time we had gotten to the outpost, I had gotten the locations of two shipyards and an arms factory.

This is one from a game I am running and it got everyone.
Firstly you need to understand the setting:

The worst part is that his character has workable points. He just refuses to do anything other than act like an emo.

One of my players insisted on playing a feral world mutant in my last Rogue Trader game. It could have been interesting with a subtle mutation, but That Guy "had" to become a hulk-like beast, just because he wanted to have the strongest possible character.

Now the other characters, led by a flamer-happy Missionnary, have restrained him and got him an explosive collar.

Pretty much. If I had any talent for writing the ultimate idea in my head is that Raz Alghoul engineered the events that would lead to Bruce Wayne and the guy who would become the Joker coming into existence and the Bruce part of the story would be told primarily from Alfred's perspective of how he feels he failed Bruce's Parents by allowing him to become Batman and enabling him to do it.

I don't know if you've had any interaction with youth these days, but many of them are essentially walking meme machines. Pink guy, Shrek, fnaf, dabbing, you name it, they love it. Kids used to emulate pop stars and immortalize teen idols, maybe quote spongebob or whatever else they see on tv, but now it's memes.
I would assume that whatever kids taunted this person in school are the same who enjoy Shrek memes, thus she hates Shrek.

the FNAF thing I understood, it's the bizarre character creation part that's confusing me. I get that franchises have fandoms and that eople write their own self-insert stuff. Fortunately I've always had self esteem issues so almost every character I ever roleplayed as in forums and stuff was just an average dude along for the ride rather than anyone dimensionally breakingly special.

Like, in a Gundam SEED forum my characters included a totally regular mechanic, his aggressive sister pilot, a middle aged woman suffering from depression and a very minor aristocrat looking to maintain the existing order.

Thank god a minimal sense of self worth saved me from myself.
