Shockingly well for a witch. Beign a witch of strength makes her exceedingly dangerous in combat, especially with her mother's gifts and natural attacks combined with all her self buffs.

And since she looks about 14-16 (really delicate 16), it's pretty certain anyone she meets is not expecting her to be able to pick up a grown man in full armor and hurl him for distance with am unmodified strength of 20.

Oh, I know it's not really possible to convert every little detail over from another setting to pfg for a character, much less an anime character, and do it 'properly.'

I feel like Arturia would (mechanically) be a Samurai of some sort, given her martial prowess, use of a single weapon (single or two-handed, so katana or bastard sword would work), and strong sense of honor/chivalry. Excalibur itself would be a Major Artifact, covering the invisible air thing it does to cloak itself and Bright Light of Doom it can fire.

Emiya/Archer I would say is a Ranger or Ranger/Fighter. Focused on TWF and light armor, but somewhat capable with a bow. A composite longbow with Distance and some exploding arrows would do it. His Unlimited Blade Works spell? Make it work off a variant of the Called Weapon property. Instead of the weapon teleporting to his hand, they'd appear either in the ground around him or in the air above a target. Have a metric fuckton of basic swords/lances/spears/whatever just with the Variant Called property and stored in an extradimensional space.

There are a few races that don't "look" as powerful as they are. Aasimars can be always slender, which is why my 28 str punchgirl doesn't look all that powerful. She uses a Hat of Disguise to "look" as strong and heavy as she actually is, because as is, she seems unnaturally powerful and dense.

Full SAD CHA skald is amazing, especially if you grab a familiar with Eldritch Heritage. Fated Champion is ding dong bannu best archetype every time.

It's more that she's kinda envious. It's a small matter, but never changing physically around people that do feels weird. She gained a bit of an obsession with body types, and often peeks at the various shapes humans come in because it's so very interesting. So when she used the hat, she took on a form she felt "fit" better. Aasimar are also rare in the setting, so she avoids weird looks more easily by looking human.

More specifically, it also lets her avoid bane weapons and effects that target humanoids specifically.

She changes back in her private quarters, or with close friends.

Hey /pgg/, I'm currently mulling a question over;
I run a game of Pathfinder for my FLGS, and I recently had a player decide she was going to take the spell "Cure Minor Wounds" without asking me. This came up during game, towards the end of the session after combat. She told me that she has orisons, and could cast it as many times as she wanted.
So, I looked up the rules quickly, and couldn't find any information on where the spell was in any of the rules. I told her that it wasn't allowed for the remainder of the session in order to continue game, and that we'd discuss it after.
Well, two other players immediately hopped in to cover her, looking through the rules to find it, saying I was wrong. After 20 minutes of them both going through book after source book to find it, they both were unable to find anything other than a 3.5 spell that she must have mistaken for Pathfinder.
They both insisted she was allowed to take it, and I responded that we were playing Pathfinder, and not 3.5, and that we would finish the rules discussion after the game had ended.
The end of the session came around, and she apologized profusely, saying she would take stabilize instead, while the other two players refused to speak to me.
Did I handle this wrong? It's been a few days, and I keep thinking about this... Other then that, she's been a great player. The other two, less then, but I feel I might have lost three people due to me being an ass.
Help me clear my mind, guys. What was the correct way to go about this? Am I overthinking this whole thing?

I think you handled it alright, from how you describe it. You even permitted them time to find whatever rules they were leaning on, in case you were genuinely wrong. But, ultimately, you don't get to make shit up. That said, not everybody has the entire corebook and expansions memorised, so there will be things people get wrong. As long as you and the mistaken player are still on good terms, the other two can eat dicks because they were wrong.

If they couldn't show you the pathfinder rule in a reasonable amount of time (5 minutes is reasonable, 20 is not, especially with two people looking), then shelving it until the end of the session was the way to go. Thank you all for your responses, I really do appreciate it. I'll follow your advice, and won't allow the spell. I might give them a wand of cure light as a reward for the next quest, hopefully that'll be a good compromise; she really is a good player, and is doing the hard job of healing clean up.
I still secretly want to crack the whip on the two other players for deciding they were the one in charge of the rules. But, you're right, being aggressive isn't the correct way to go about resolving a conflict. Hopefully I'm not the only one who feels that way.
It makes me nervous for further down the road, if I have to house rule something, or if I make an incorrect call down the line, that they might bully me or the other players. Any suggestions for this? Should I just cite rule 0 and move on? I don't want to lose players, at the end of the day, these people are my friends, but I don't want to be pushed around.

Personally I think the spell is fine, but that's mostly because wands of CLW become ubiquitous and so cheap that they "might as well be infinite healing". Having it as a cantrip just cuts out the middleman at the cost of making it take longer (1d8+1 hp/six seconds instead of 1hp/six seconds).

Unfortunately Paizodrones REEEEEE'd any and all forms of "infinite healing" out of the game in 1pp, barring certain bizarre hidden combos. Or Boots of the Earth, but we don't talk about that for fear of Errata.

One thing I'd personally allow is basically a "Cure Minor Wounds" wand that has the same functionality of a level 0 orison (aka can be cast infinitely) but costs double the amount a normal CLW wand costs. The issue isn't moneywise, though, it's restraining your resources. If you want to spend gold on a fuckton of wands so you practically never run out, that's one thing, but if you're only carrying one around at a time, that's eventually gonna run out.

So how do you store coinage? By the time most players hit level 7-8 they have A LOT of money around. The 33k gp a character has at level 8 weighs 660lbs, most than most people want to lug around. Even all in platinum it's gonna be 66lbs.

Not only are silver (mithral) and cold-iron far easier to overcome through magical bonuses (Adamantine needs +5, the others stop mattering at what, +3?) but it's also great for cutting into all sorts of stuff. Any hardness BELOW 20 (not 20 itself) is ignored with this, which means pretty much any stone wall, steel door; basically any material that's not adamantine and not heavily heavily enchanted.

Nope. The best he got is a prostitute that was nearly dead and addicted to drugs. He hired her, cleaned her up, then proceeded to give her a basic education and nearly succeed in averting a miscarriage of her daughter. if you can spare 3 points you can get armory of the conqueror rating 1 for 3 points or earth-mode elemental-flux-stance for 2 points (if not using initiating for anything better) before 6th.

Augment Weaponry explicitly is incompatible with size-increases such as expansion, so you can't combine the size-boost with the weapon-size-boost without AotC. However you can have a large weapon on a medium character, that counts as huge, until you combine these. Eventually by 11th you could expansion yourself if melee, combine that with 3 points in AotC, with a large weapon, for colossal weapon growth - and yes it keeps growing.


Now... IS it worth it? Well, that's really a matter of how you go about picking your damage. Obviously you're giving up other abilities to do this, and it's all weapon dice. It's a lot of weapon dice though, so an archer with massive static bonuses might be getting not that much from it, and a dagger user... what are you even fucking thinking?

But, say you have an earthbreaker (3d6 medium> 4d6 Large> 6d6 Huge> 8d6 Gargantuan> 12d6 Colossal), or a double-hackbut, or a minotaur-double-crossbow, or a Laser Cannon... Or say you CAN'T get damage feats to work with your weapon because you're using a machine-gun and can afford to put all your feats in other stuff?

It's a different way of building from the usual "mega-statics, multi-attacks", especially since vital strike starts looking actually decent at 12 dice (won't work with automatics still though).

No, that's the main drawback of initiator soul: There's plenty of advantages given how it can be used (the customization itself as well), but unlike other archetypes you cannot simply retrain out of low level maneuvers the same way.

So, within each discipline, you NEED a level 1/2 in order to be allowed to pick a level 3/4, the two of which together will allow you to pick a level 5/6.
