Hey, I played the boardgame of Risk, but never quite understood how to play on 4chan. Can someone please explain how to play, since the game haven't started yet?

Pick a player color and flood fill 3 tiles.
When its your turn and post, the last number of your post ID is your "roll" which gives you "t" (which is like points to spend stuff on). You can capture empty tiles, move overseas, attack, etc. when you spend "t".
