I have some players that are newbies to roleplaying and still have trouble with rule-heavy game, so I was never planning on doing something like 3.5

In my experience, lewd games are best when done with relatively light rules. Don't try and mix smut and mechanics together too much, as it's important that you're not trying to have people roll to see how long they last in bed or anything dumb like that. Grapple checks and charm spells should suffice for anything forceful, though you should also clear such things with the players.

5e should work fine, though I would keep in mind that you'll probably want to run fewer and easier/quicker encounters.

As for the premise, speak with your players about this. If they asked for a lewd game, they might have some ideas of what they want to see. Do they want to play sexy temptresses and seduce nobles to gain power, or play as ladyknights getting forced into bad situations with terrible monsters?

Try and figure out what sort of angle they're hoping for, and cater to that. Also, might be a good idea to ask everyone for a no-go list so you don't introduce any fetish that might weird somebody out.

Just try and remember to make sure everyone is having fun with it.

Fate's all about boiling down elements of characters, scenes, the setting, and the narrative down into parts that they can invoke and interact with: Aspects. It's also designed to be a bit more collaborative, with players having the ability to define more about what they're doing and what effects that might have (with the GM naturally having the reserved ability to veto or overwrite things as they please).

If it's a "let's be cheeky and fuck everything" game with newbie players, I'd actually recommend Risus. It's free, very easy to learn, and characters are built using Cliches which could easily be stuff like "Naughty Schoolgirl" or "Scantily Clad Beast-Mistress" or whatever.

They're not lazy for expecting you to come up with the campaign and setting, but it is on them to help with the basic premise at least to make sure it's something they'll enjoy.

That aside, going for the concept of a dark overlord of some sort creating a labyrinthine dungeon outside of their town would work well. It gives everything a nice centralized location, and can have many scenarios stem from it.

Communication is important though. Even if the players themselves think you'll do a good job, it's important that you try and get a feel for what they're after one way or another.

Whilst if asked under any non-anonymous handle I'd say that ERP is stupid shit for lonely neckbeards to compensate for their dead sex life, part of me would be totally up for running an erpg campaign for a mostly-female group.

If it were me, I'd use FATE and I'd base the setting very heavily off CoC (the one where the tentacles shatter your anus, not your mind). Have races with single-line descriptors and keep the exposition implicit unless it becomes relevant or a player digs. A romp through a hostile territory of creatures looking to kill, fuck and eat everything makes sense, add some corruption and mutation shit in there for good measure.

IDK though like I say this shit isn't my bag. I run games but steer clear of erp.

Give everyone a note card early on in planning. Have everyone write down at least one thing they want to see in the campaign, and anything they consider verboten.

If a player has something as verboten, it does not happen to their character. Full stop. Even if you have to bend over backwards to make that thing not happen. Its better to have a fade to black and a continuity error than to push one of your players into something that makes them really uncomfortable.

Use what sort of things they want to see as a foundation for coming up with content for the game. That gives you a direction to go into. A game that's just DnD except when they go back to the inn they start having weird sex is not the same as a transformation-themed sexventure where every dungeon is based around some kind of fetish.

I both GM and play in erotic pathfinder. It's fun, though I and my friends don't use it just to cyberfuck at each other, but actually tell a mostly dirty story.

Well, one fun time as a player was when a tentacle monster burst out of the ground near a shrine to Ardad Lili. Her influence had corrupted it, and it was a really close mini-boss fight because the area around it was like quicksand.

Ended up losing after my Magus failed her concentration check on a spell and got very thoroughly bred, milked, and stuffed with eggs.

Her goddess proceeded to punish her by forcing her to care for the eggs and quite literally "beat them into submission" because she didn't punish the creature after it fucked her unconscious and died.

tl;dr Magus and alchemist find devil-corrupted tentacle monster, it wins fight and thoroughly rapes the Magus over the course of several hours.

OP, it doesn't matter if you're a virgin. An erpg is incredibly similar to an RPG, it just has a bit of extra stat keeping and a different environment.
When I say statkeeping, I do not mean there should be mechanics for sex. Rolling for sex is sad, you'll feel virginy, your players will feel lame. Just let descriptions carry it and play up the bravado "everybody talks about their sex and you're a legend if you bang 30 dragons and blah blah blah". That kinda statkeeping.
When I say environment I'm talking IRL (in game you can go anywhere from sensual moonshine running to the Serenity except with orgies). Depending on which bit of this small blue marble you call home your players might have social stigmas against this sort of thing. Make it inviting, and I know that's a hard order for some groups but that's what it's going to take for your players to actually engage in erotic stuff. Ask what they want, specific kinks, or just a first time erpg to ease them in.

Another story, this time with me GMing. The party had to investigate a newly opened underground cathedral built around a well of Fey energy. The energy was dedicated to the Green Mother, and a modified Baobhan Sith was in charge of it.

The party lost the boss fight hardcore. One of them got sent to be a breeding slut for a clan of goblins, another was used to incubate new plantlife, and the last, a Futa, was kept as a personal pet of the boss, feeding her and her plants.

The party never managed to escape that situation and decided to call the campaign on that. I'm running a new one for them now.
