The crafting DCs in the game can lead to a pretty long series of skill checks, which can provide high tension without combat and still should make for some entertainment to watch.

My guess is each trammel is going to have to be thrown by Grog, as he's probably the only one going to be able to hit with them. I doubt Vax can properly wield them, and while it'd be cool to see Vex shoot one from her bow like an arrow, even Matt's "rule of cool" only stretches so far.

The funny thing is, if the trammels do succeed and they force him to burn his legendary resistances, Scanlan will be the one who gets to describe how they "kill" Vecna (ie., seal him away and throw him out past the Divine Gate). And knowing Sam, he'll fluff it up with something like a fuck-huge Bigby's Hand fisting the lich god and dragging him into his planar prison.

Honestly, Taliesin is pretty diverse so I can see him pull off any type of class, all I ask is that it is anything that is the opposite of Percy, as he is a pretty solid Role Player and I think a change of pace would be interesting to see.
