I didn't play many systems but Anima does it.
High speed is nice in that system, starts doing nothing, then you're (the faster you become) hitting worse and getting hit easier till you reach a point in where you start hitting better, doing more damage and being harder to hit. From normal person running to below Usain Bolt is bad to try to move at your top speed, but once you pass Usain Bolt levels, if you have that speed, use it. I liked that. Basically is because if you move at your fastest you have penalties, and depending on your speed you have bonuses, so till you're Usain Bolt your bonuses don't match penalties for running.

It reaches a point in where you can basically teleport (as in appear behind people and get advantage from flanking, surprise, unaware, etc).

I actually try to avoid "signature" moves when I make characters, it usually makes combat feel too samey to me. I much prefer letting the other players in the group make combat oriented characters so I can focus on making one that is fun to roleplay, even if he can't do much in a fight other than support his allies. Also last time the GM told me it was okay to powergame I made a character that invalidated everything he threw at us that wasn't homebrewed specifically to make my abilities not work, survived 2 otherwise TPKs, played the DM like a fiddle to get what I wanted, and may or may not have summoned in an elder god to destroy the planescape. When things get dire my Abjurer has been known to run into a group of enemies and detonate a fireball centered on himself. Fire resistance helps.

Same group, our party opted for a strategy involving readying to assist the strongest member for a grapple. We fought a wizard like this once and it become a trend for a bit. We almost started calling the party The Dogpilers.

Used to be yelling "Hail and well met!" at random encounters, which had a 1% success rate at resolving encounters peacefully and a 99% success rate of getting my shit kicked in, which was our ad hoc detect evil.

The fighter would then proceed to do a charging rage pounce and blend whoever hit me while our pet basilisk stoned the rest of the encounter.
