How would you do a mono-red deck with this as its centerpiece?

4 flings, as much cheap burn as you can(4 shock, 4 lightning bolts etc...), 4 Kiln Fiend and the rest doesnt matter.

by turn 3 you get kiln fiend out, turn 5 you unload all your burn, pumping kiln fiend, attack with kiln fiend. then second main phase you fling kiln fiend for face damage

And you should be able to get one at least most of the time.

You go through around half of your deck with mulligans-the odds are good, as the goods are odd.
