So, I haven't rolled stats, they're going to naturally be high in this campaign, but here's what I can start with.
1 Uncommon Magic Item
3 feats (1 combat feat, 2 RP feats)
Should I go High Elf with Booming Blade, or Eladrin for Misty Step?
How can I make the best Swashbuckler?

V human magic initiate for booming blade, prestidigitation, and find familiar.
Get an owl familiar to use its fly-by for constant advantage.
Half-elf with or without using the variant high elf descent for booming blade if you're okay with trading out the two proficiencies is fine too.
