No, that's not at all how it works, jesus christ.
Each interval halves your aging. First iteration = 10 years. Second = 5 years. Third = 2.5 years And so on. Totaling ~20 years of aging in 100 years. Then you stay there for 100 years, and then you have another 100 years before you get to 2^10/1000 (aka basically normal speed de-aging) and get stuck there until you become a baby.

That one cyoa where cities had adapted to the presence of monsters and magic and some people who had been infused with power would be responsible for keeping the towns safe. Ranged from you being an exterminator who often went through the sewers to some legendary hero so rare in number every town could only have one. Had pets, a grappling hook, different magic abilities and tools, and quests.

The game would have you start at the first 'difficulty' where you were super weak. You'd make your build, and go through the quests. Save a fairy, kill some monsters that snuck in and killed the other exterminators, etc. Eventually you'd rank up, make a build for the next 'difficulty' and do more quests. Eventually at the fourth difficulty with the 'yandere' quest, your goal would be to simply survive. Running through the levels as quickly as you could. Curb stomping weak enemies and using all your skills to slay super powerful beasts, while hunted by an opponent that was the same class and abilities as you, who would chase you and try to hunt you down. She'd have no physical health bar, but would clear out any beasts inbetween the two of you, and if she took enough damage by you and/or them, would be incapacitated for a short time before chasing you again. Effectively a survival mode with randomly generated scenery, monsters, and obstacles that only ended once you were inevitably killed or captured.

I take 1-2 kingdoms, use conversion on all of my blessings; I now have nine (9) gifts to use, and all nine of them are spent on smite. I smite Ecclesia, Tusk, Mariq, Roza, Eden, Rahai, Kaliph, Arcania and Eerie.
With the strongest out of the way, I use my 100% army to take over Seille, and I now have a remaining army that is larger than any other in the setting. My Kingdom isn't incredible or extremely prosperous, but any significant problems from here on out can be solved through diplomacy or war...
