Trying to run an Eldar campaign for friends.
Question. Suppose the craftworld rescued eldar slaves from dark eldar.
They find one of their own people was transformed into a grotesque/aberrant. One who just has enough sanity left to recognize the craft world as his allies and follow orders.
Would they mercy kill it or try to help and keep it alive?

I would assume a mercy kill, both to end its suffering, and because it would be a drain on resources.
Presumably they'd also give it a soul stone first, so that it won't be consumed by Slaanesh, and to give the Eldar some peace.

Alternatively they would study it to understand ways of their fallen kin and how to undo them. Possibly killing it in the process.

Maybe you could avenge the poor fools by sending those twisted Dark ones to a terrible fate in exchange for a boon or safety?
