Why settle for skeletons?
>>54672462
Because what you posted is gross but skeles are aesthetic
Skeletons can last a lot longer than flesh, flesh rots while skeletons take far longer.
Plus if the necromancer is alive it's unhygienic.
When I mean 'last a lot longer' I mean in the sense that It can just stay in a spot and not rot away, in combat flesh is also useful for absorbing shock but one has to look at both angles.

Skeleton pls go.
Apprentice necromancer here, a few questions.
Can I only necromance animals, or can I do plants too?
If I can necromance plants, then if I necromance dead plant matter like a tree, does the wood count as flesh or bone?
Also is it possible to necromace fungi?

Ghosts are the real answer.
>>54672649
But ghosts are typically sentient unless they are just bits of emotion clumped together, and usually ghosts are not happy at being enslaved.

I think the cutoff is sapient creatures that have souls. Else you'd see necromancers also becoming terramancers since soil is dead dinosaurs.
>>54672720
Aww shucks, there goes my chance at inventing a new form of necromancy.

Never seen a skeleton T-rex before?

>Why settle for skeletons?
Kids this day have no appreciation of classics
>>54672801
Skeleton T-rex yes, necromancer crude oil not so much
>>54672801
I'd rather not get into that territory, because then you'll have to explain age cutoffs.

Do whatever you wish, perv. You're kinky as hell. Wear protection, bodies rot.
>>54672462
Skeletons generally don't leave slime or blood trails, come premade, and can be disguised if needed.
>>54672865
On the other hand, pincer nipples have their own appeal.

>>54672577

>>54672462

>>54672720
don't you want to be a petromancer? Master of the Back Sea?
If I was a lich fixated on sex what would my undying dungeon look like?
>>54672637
I dunno, can't I just cast teleport on your heart into my hand and polymorph you into a dying animal, killing you?
>>54672818
Crude doesn't really have its origins in vertebrates. They've never made up much biomass. Most of petroleum comes from algae and plankton.
