Whoever OP made these threads need to get smart and include warhammer 40k/40000 in title so people can find these thread easier. The only one who will type "Shadow" in search box are Shadowrun player

Of course it's dead. 8th has been out for fifteen minutes and still has everyone touching themselves. Once everyone realizes 8th is just as busted as 7th just with a shinier coat of paint you'll see a few folks back

The new car smell of 8th will wear off one day, but don't pretend it'll fall back into the flaws of 3rd-7th ed. I'm glad that whole time period is finally over as fuck.

Shadow War will either get an expansion, or Necromunda proper will soon be released. Either one will get players back in, and some core elements of Shadow War (like the campaign) need beefing up anyway. I know people can just use old Necromunda rules or fan rules, but an official update always gets more people on board.
