From memory, the word bearers said one of the primarch's deaths caused him grief, the word bearers also spitefully suggested that the missing legions were rolled into the Ultramarines. Sanguinius got real nervous about the red thrist solely because of what happened to a missing legion. Horus looked longingly at the second's capsule on his radical adventure through time and said something along the lines of "untapped potential and glories that would never happen". Malcador suggusted that perhaps the missing primarchs may have been a warning sign no one had heeded. The space wolves and the luna wolves said it's not the first time they've fought other astartes. And finally malcador told dorn that he wanted some of the primarchs to be female in hopes it would stop some inter-primarch bickering so apparently no primarch was intended to be female.

At this point in time, Cawl is more loyal to the Emperor's vision than Guiliman is. BobbyG wants to reform the 500 worlds and become the beacon of humanity, more or less abandoning the Webway aspect to live in a galaxy that is already scarred by the Maledictum. As great as the Indomitus Crusade was, even BobbyG lost sight of what the Imperium was supposed to be and only sees a broken humanity in need of parenting - when in truth it needs an escape from the Materium.
