Also Wraithguard in transports are pretty solid this edition. Wrath Knights are OK (strictly worse than imperial knights but still worth it at anything less than super cutthroat). Wraithlords look mediocre as usual but you do you.

Boy there's nothing I love more than a good narrative campaign where a lot of people are all part of and contributing to one larger storyline.

It's just a shame that so many people think the Imperium should win. They always win. There's this whole theme of chaos losing every single battle but still somehow managing to win the war. At every single turn we see Chaos losing, and yet Cadia's gone and there's the great rift. The whole point of that is to justify having chaos lose constantly. They needed to have some kind of an excuse to lose constantly, and this is it. The fact that most people who play 40k see nothing wrong with having one faction that always wins and one faction that always loses is just astounding.

So much of the fluff seems to portray them as ALL ANGRY ALL THE TIME but that doesn't make any sense because if they approach every situation with psychotic rage then wouldn't they quickly end up killing each other (extremely counterproductive) or charging straight at organized gunlines or ambushes? Do they only go axe-crazy once they're already stuck in in combat? And until that point they refrain from killing each other, take cover, even use stealth to get closer to the enemy before pulling their enemies' arms off and using them to beat them to death?

It's always baffled me, don't get me wrong, I love Khorne and always have, but I just don't understand how they fit into the 40k universe on a day-by-day basis.

They do indeed suck.

It's pretty obvious why they're doing this. They want to gauge chaos against the imperial codex at a base line before they release csm codex, so they can neuter it as they please for not getting completely stomped by the matt ward fan club.

The fact that it's currently sitting at 40/60 is enough for me to say csm will get absolutely nothing in the codex over butthurt narrative fags.

One mate at my lgs was perfectly fine running cheesy lists and saw no issues with stomping me down four games in a row.

Then when the codex is out I win one game and suddenly he does not want to play until he gets his codex.

He even claims that the Inceptors are over powered and gets salty saying "I would never run them because I would feel bad" despite also being mad he can no longer get into turn one melee combat with dreadnoughts and shit.

At least the other players at my lgs do not get like this.

Celestine had a free chance to do anything with Abaddon who he was torturing Creed. He was half blind and suffering the psychic pressure of Greyfax. She could have shot him in the face. She could have stabbed him through his hearts. She could have stabbed his head or beheaded him. At most she could have taken an arm or a leg.

Instead she stabbed him in the back causing a minor wound that didn't even do anything but startle him and enrage him.

Now for Creed. Creed didn't come alone. He came with a whole regiment of IG. Instead of acting like a command should by sending his men and tanks to rescue Celestine, he bumrushed Abaddon. He ran at Abaddon, left all of his men, and ran at Abaddon. Abaddon just reached out and grabbed him like a kid. Abaddon instead of giving a monologue should have screamed at him WHAT WERE YOU THINKING
