How is that better than printing a Mardu Vampire, when vampires have plenty of synergy but don't have a tribal commander that lets you play both Rakdos and Orzhov vampires? Especially with the monowhite Vampires that were spoiled coming in Ixalan?

The circumstantial evidence doesn't make a strong case for it being a Knight deck that happens to have a Vampire Knight compared to a Vampire deck that happens to have a Vampire Knight.

Correcting someone's post from last thread about Sundial of the Infinite + EoT Triggers. Ending the Turn with a spell or ability skips the End Step and goes straight to Cleanup, you don't have to wait for the return trigger to go on the stack and then End in response. Once "End the Turn" resolves, the active player immediately goes to discard and priority does not pass except in rare circumstances where the cleanup step triggers something (this will be explicitly printed on the cards that do so: i.e. Necropotence)

You've missed something very important. The discussion was about Mimic Vat, which makes a delayed trigger set to fire at "the beginning of the next end step". If you skip the end step using Sundial before the trigger comes up, the trigger will just pop up at the next opportunity, during the end step of the following turn.

You have to wait until the trigger has fired to use Sundial or you've only delayed it.

You have green to ramp hard, and before you even get to 9 mana you can be casting really good cards like the dragonlords for cheaper, and then when you cast him you can draw cards and get another dragon

Unfortunately like any deck that wants to play big creatures you're weak to board wipes, so you want your deck to be somewhat controlly and not be so heavy on dragons that you have nothing to do but play into the board wipes

I admit you could be right. He would have been fine as a nonlegendary but I agree that wotc has weakened standard to the point that Goblin Guide Zendikar Red Deck Wins decks are far more powerful than what is currently allowed.

Nonlegendary Zurgo would have been fine but RDW cards are so weak currently that he probably was designed with this drawback. It also makes him a playable 1v1 EDH general though.

Are any of the invocations not overly dark ugly-bordered monstrosities? I love the art, but the foiling style and general look of the card turns me off so badly. Do those sleeves with the built-in black borders help any?

Also, whose bright idea was it to make a set of showy, cool to showcase cards that are heavily sorceries/instants? The things are only on the field for a short time as you cast them, so they end up being almost entirely a benefit for your eyes only (I am a hypocrite here of course, I love my foiled Raidmother deck, and that thing has like 15 nonland permanents). Propaganda doesn't have a trigger, it adds an additional cost to declaring an attack. You have to pay as you declare the attack or you don't get to declare an attack at all. Point being, you have to have the mana available before you declare the attacks.

Second, combat is one phase with five steps. Mana is emptied from your mana pool at the end of each phase an each step, so using Dark Ritual during the Beginning of Combat step won't help you. Declaring attackers is the first thing you do during the Declare Attackers Step, as a turn based action before any players get priority, so you can't cast Dark Ritual before you'd have to pay.

Long story short, unless you have Kruphix, you'll never be able to pay for Propaganda with a Dark Ritual.

I have a question: say I animate a few artifacts with Karn and take a swing, and my opponent has Archfiend of Depravity out. Would the artifacts cease to be creatures before I had to sacrifice them?
