Last time we had oen these threads, it was great. But I say we can improve it a little. Besides using the mutant creation chart from 40k 1st edition aka Rogue Trader we will also roll a d10 to see what type of creature that is mutated and brought into the mutant gangs fold

>d10
1-6: Human
7-8: Beast (can be a Grox, Dusk Stalker, horse, etc)
9: Xeno (Can be an Eldar, Tau, Hrud, etc)
10: Chaos Spawn (Get 4 extra rolls on the mutant table)

We will start with 5 members, after we have determined what the member is, then we roll a d3, that's how many times we roll on the Mutant generator table.

So, roll a d10 to see what the first member is!
>>
Rolled 10 (1d10)

>>
>>54572428
A chaos spawn, well roll a d3 then to see how many additonal rolls it will have on the mutation table
>>
Rolled 1 (1d3)

>>54572491
>>
>>54572503
Alright, that gives us 5 rolls. If you want to roll them one at a time or all at once, that's up to you
>>
>>54572513
The die used for the mutation table is a d100, just FYI
>>
Rolled 91, 29 = 120 (2d100)

>>54572513
Have two.

91: Three eyes
29: Eyestalks

Alright, fun mutations so far, let's see what else we get!
>>
>>54572567
We still have 3 more mutations to roll
>>
Rolled 73, 57 = 130 (2d100)

73: Razor sharp claws
57: Mace Tail
15: Burning body (The creatures body is constantly on fire)

Ok, so our spawn has 3 eyes, which are all on eyestalks, along with burning claws, a mace tail while it's on fire. Sounds like a proper spawn to me

Ok, next member of the gang, d10 please
>>
Rolled 6 (1d10)

Ok, so this mutant is/was a human, give me a d3 please

He is probably the de-facto leader of the gang.
Ok, moving onto the 3rd member of the gang

I'm not running this thread but I think we should just take the first result from each roll and apply it to the table. Everyone wins!
>>
>>54573374
56: Long spines (The mutants body is covered in long spines or spikes)
50: limb loss roll a d4: 1-Both arms, 2-Both legs, 3-4 one arm

Rolled 1 (1d4)

>>54573545

Rolled 2 (1d3)

>>54573661

Like the first one, 5 rolls on the mutant table
Unless you guys want to bump it up to 6 rolls with this >>54573672
>>
Rolled 98, 32, 63, 1, 27, 15 = 236 (6d100)

>>54573682
I'd be down for 6 rolls
>>
>>54573694
Alright, this is our spawn:
98: Vividly coloured skin (The mutants skin can be in any colour, even in patterns e.g checkered, spotted, striped)

32: Furry, it's covered in long, thick fur

63: Multiple arms (roll a D6 1-4 Two extra arms, 5-6 Four extra arms)

1: Acid excretion (The creatures skin excretes a deadly acid, the creature itself is immune to the acid)

27: Evil eye (It has one giant eye that can gaze into the soul of a creature, inflicting damage onto it)

15: Burning body (it's on fire)

What a spawn, nothing a group of gangers wants to run into deep into the lower hives
>>
Rolled 6 (1d6)

>>54573782
Rolling for Arms
>>
>>54573828
Four extra arms, good roll.

Now onto the 5th and final dude (as of now), give me a 1d10 please
>>
>>54573782

Rolled 8 (1d10)

>>54573851
I think with out Second Chaos Spawn that it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to assume that the fur and flames are also vividly coloured
>>
>>54573881
Oh, a beast this time. What animal do you guys want it to be?
But first, a d3
>>
Rolled 3 (1d3)

>>54573902
>>
>>54573902
Just a plain ol' horse
>>
>>54573926
Alright, 3 rolls for the mutant beast
>>
Rolled 95, 60, 56 = 211 (3d100)

>>54573950
>>
>>54573966
95: Very fast

60: Mindless (It literally has no brain, it will obey the commands of anyone regardless of who it is)

56: Long spines

Ok, that's all the 5 members, shall we summarise and give them names and stuff before we, let's say roll up 5 more?
>>
>>54573902
>>54574001

So we have a mindless spiked horse that can run really fast. Let's call him Flash the Impaler.
>>
>>54574066
Two chaos spawn. One with 6 arms and one baleful eye and long leopard spotted fur that's covered in acid. The other has three eyetalks, razor sharp claws, and a mace tail. Oh and both are constantly on fire. Abbott and Costello? Not sure it matters since they're unholy abominations.

One armless spiked human. He leads a very strange life. John?

One normal seeming human with a massive intellect who controls the whole gang like some kind of Bond villain. Let's call him Dr. Nox.
>>
>>54574157
I like it. Do you want to roll up 5 more mutants?

23: Enormous Involuntairy noise (This is a singularly embarrassing mutation that affects the digestive system, it makes the creature perform unexpected and involuntary loud noises such as rumbling, gurgling, etc)

35: Great Horns (Horns are coming out from the creatures head, common among mutant beastmen

57: Mace tail

That's an odd mutant

Next mutant

>>54574640
Scrag-bears are omnivorous demi-ursids, with long, lank and ragged fur, shovel-like foreclaws and a continuously slavering snout. Used as a war-mount by the Imperium, they are an example of one of the many vicious animals that have been semi-domesticated by humanity. Scrag-bears are foul-tempered and notoriously shortsighted, but phenomenally strong and durable. Originally native to the brutal feral world of Endrite, they have since been successfully bred elsewhere. They must be reared and trained from birth to be used as mounts, but can be extremely loyal to their masters, whom they recognize by scent, and are well-suited to battle.
>>
>>54574656
69: Powerful legs (The creature has immense kangaroo like legs, and can leap long distances)

36: Growth it grows in size ,roll a d3+1 for how many times it's size it grows

44: Illusion of Normality (The mutant has at least 1 other mutation, but otherwise appears perfectly normal. It appears normal until it is touched, then it's true form is revealed)

That's a scary Scrag-bear!
Next mutant, 1d10
>>
Rolled 3 (1d3)

>>
Rolled 4 (1d10)

>>54574757
>>
>>54574791
So... it's quadruple the size of a normal scrag bear? That's like... I dunno actually there's no size for Scrag-Bears.

Assuming they're Grizzly Bear sized(6.5 ft long and 650 lbs) that makes this Scrag-Bear nearly 30ft long and about 2,600 lbs.

It's bigger than an elephant!
>>
>>54574830

>>54574847
>Assuming they're Grizzly Bear sized(6.5 ft long and 650 lbs) that makes this Scrag-Bear nearly 30ft long and about 2,600 lbs.
Th-that's not how quadrupling works. If it's 30ft long, it would actually be 64 times as massive.
>>
Rolled 3 (1d3)

>>
>>54575148
Moore arms means more guns.
>>
>>54574956
That's bigger than Stellar's Sea Cow(probably)! It was about 30ft long and only came in at 11 tons(probably).

Stegosaurus was 30ft long and only 5 tons! Ankylosaurus was the same length but only 6 tons!(also all probably)

I'd accept 10-12 tons but 20 tons is fucking ridiculous. We're not quadrupling a cube.
>>
>>54575225
>We're not quadrupling a cube.
If you quadruple a dimension while keeping the proportions the same, you multiply the volume(and thus the mass) by a factor of 64. Keep in mind that bears are rather thickly built and don't have much of a tail
>>
>>54575268
I feel at some point most of the mass is going into its legs just to support the thing. It'll be a very pyramidal space bear.
>>
>>54575352
Well, it's a mutant, it probably has super strong bones.
