How do you call humanoid machines made of flesh? Still robots?

Cybrids.

Gross.
Homunculi sounds like a safe bet.

They are "biomechanical" or "synthetic".
If they are built, I'd still go with android. Who cares what the materials are?
If they are grown then what you are dealing with probably lies closer to the field of genetic engineering rather than robotics. I'm not sure there is a word, a species name would be more appropriate.

>humanoid machines made of flesh
Humans. We may be made of biological material, but by definition we are still machines.

Bioroids (assuming said vatjob is somehow programmed).

Technically a robot is any machine which can operate without direct human supervision / intervention. I suppose if bio-technology constructs still count as machines then yes, an independently operating bio-tech construct would be a robot.
