How would you make a princess the BBEG?
>>
>>54534620
She's head over heels for one of the party members, but knows that the only way her parents will sanction a marriage is if they preform an act of sufficient valor for the kingdom
>>
>>54534646
This, but she wants to kidnap the party member and ravish her as the horrible masked BBEG.
>>
>>54534692
Nah. Less funny that way
>>
>>54534620
Azula is the best girl
>>
>>54534646
How is that evil tho?
>>
>>54534914
She has to do very bad things in order for the party to perform actions of sufficient valor in order to show that they are worthy of the princess.
>>
>>54534620

Manipulative and power hungry is a good start
>>
Azula did nothing wrong though
>>
I want to fuck Azula
>>
Shes adopted a strange forigen god and is using her popularity with the lower classes to spread it.

The Princess is a self-righteous, megalomaniacal, autocrat with a controlling personality.

She believes fully in the superiority of her people and her kingdom above all, and considers no cost too great and no amount of "savage" and "barbarian" lives to be spent too much if it ensure the survival and prosperity of the Kingdom.

She constantly amasses ancient and dangerous forerunner secrets, technology, and magic while at the same time educates her people in those sciences but for the purpose of war. Constructing automated armies and using the very same weapons that once brought ruin to the world.

If allowed to continue she would methodically exterminate all others and ensure her people and her own dominion over the entire world through her armies and knowledge, unless she manages to craft a superweapon to do it much faster.

What scum! Obviously what is needed is a strong willed warrior princess who will use force and willpower to assimilate the bastard barbarians into a proper army. Someone who shuns the 'technology' and magic that caused the ancients to become filthy hedonists and brought ruination to the world. A true force of a civilization, in a benighted age of degeneracy.
>>
>>54535169
The real question is WHEN the party should find out

Bullshit. Obviously what we need is a level headed princess what knows how to bring some real law and order to the wild wilderness. Someone with a steady aim, who'll keep the bandits and savages in line, and won't back down from a fight. Set up some honest industry and business, build settlements and mines, and spread capitalism and democracy to all.

Make her a scheming, manipulative, ruthless, power-hungry bitch who will stop at nothing to become ruler of the kingdom. For extra fun have her bargain with an ancient evil to receive demonic powers.

Because this is 4chan.org, and not 4chan.co.eu. But I'll google it, it sounds like the type of geopolitical historical trainwreck that interests me.

To answer OP's question - you make a BBEG (ugh) and then make her daddy the king. Princesses can be of basically any age and disposition, any race, and hell if we're assuming magic then the princess could be any gender too, why the hell not.

Possessed by a succubus years ago

Is one of those nasty evil children mentioned in Heroes of Horror in 3.5
Is a Thrall of Graz'zt or Malcanthet
Is a Disciple of Levistus, Mephistopheles, Asmodeus, Glasya or that nasty fuck and his daughter
Is actually raised as a female and is batshit insane
Family is controlled by Alienist cult, headed by her thought to be dead grandfather who is now horrible product of the far realm city is Yharnam for D&D.
Is the reincarnation of a vile Hag of some variance
Is a vampire
Started a war just so she could marry this guy she liked
Is effectively a Sister of battle whilst being lord governor at the same time, entire planets stylized as a working moastery/military organization. Effectively a super zealous pyromaniac death nun country.
Is a Ritual sadist hedonist pedophile who eats children and fucks newborn babies with sharp objects, was molested by her degenerating undead father and is infact dying of a degenerative soul-eating affliction because of this.
Is a Drow
Is a giant hive-mind space bug mother
Is that batshit insane idea done in Forgotten Fealms where some dipshit split an elf into her alignment selves that were two different elf races Drow and sun elf, that then later fused toghether as one and sucked so much fucking cock every issue of the official forgotten realms and D&D comic line, later this new character was in that is Khelben blackstaff's right hand woman in his organization, except this time, the batshit insane wizard did it with all fucking alignment spectrums for this divided elf-thing and when he fused them togther he made fucking !notSlaanesh in physical form.
Is just an evil prince under the effects of Zagig's gender shift

>>
>>54537466
It's not good. I watched the first season and quit, they killed off the suspense of the villain by having a "plot twist", that he was a bender the whole time.

Such a wasted idea is a sign of bad writers.

I only hope it got better

>>54537555
I just saw wasted potential, as well as a crappy protagonist that had no redeeming qualities.

The villain was the only character that I thought was cool, and they ruined the tension of it by making him a bender.

Then I read that they did a LGTB tie in thing and was very greatful I stoped when I did.

I also heard that they slandered the main characters of the actual series, and was even more disappointed
>>
>>54536911
You don't get it. I'm aware there's probably some term for you guys, I just don't...care. You're so irrelevant you don't even merit your own insult.
>>
>>54537583
Yeah, third reason was the best part. The new bending styles was what I was expecting when I started watching.
>>
>>54537613
Imagine this, season one ends with Korra never learning patience. She gets her bending taken from her by Amon.

Then season two starts, and man, things are going down. The avatar has no bending and Amon has a very loyal following. She has to leave the city, and travel to all of the holy cities of each kind of bending in order to try and get her bending back.

Season 3 she finds a dragon turtle, and through its training learns patience and gets her bending back through inner peace.

Season 4 is her gathering friends, and attempting to take down the cult leaders. Ends with a fight between Amon bull crap karate, and Korra's dragon turtle style.

End credits.

After the wedding of course. They kill her cat's-paw and think the BBEG is taken care of. Then said party member claims his reward, everyone is happy, and the morning after he happens to stumble on some letters hidden in her quarters that reveal that she was in communication with who they thought was the BBEG. Proceed from there.

The seemingly innocent princess vouches to marry whoever kills the scary monster or retrieve a powerful item

But as it turns out...

1.) The princess lied and the scary monster is actually nice
2.) The item you are supposed to bring her, will help her usurp the throne
3.) There is no monster/item, she just enjoys sending billions of people to their deaths for either
- 3a.) Personal gain (demonic killcount ritual, etc)
- 3b.) for lolz (because yay, murder)
>>
>>54534620
It's a bit on the nose, but you could just make her Erzsébet Báthory.
Perhaps her guards drag-off paupers in the night to satisfy her evil desires, etc.
Writes itself.
>>
>>54537583
First and third seasons are great. I like the fourth season up until the giant stupid robot.
As someone who only got around to the fourth season after /co/ was already throwing shitfits over the lesbian ending,
it's actually pretty obvious if you already know it's a thing. Like, there are a couple of bits that with that hindsight are clearly Korra and Asami on a date.
>>
>>54540545
The seasons are too encapsulated. I'd have things spread out over multiple seasons.
Like having the Earth kingdom reclaiming territory being an overall background element through all four seasons (and instead of a giant robot, they have some kind of Paris Gun thing). Amon and the equalists should also have lasted a few seasons and built up from some nothing gathering to a full on multi-city movement with Amon showing up where you'd least expect it, sometimes to deal with the big threat himself, like him and his chi-blockers showing up in the middle of a Red Lotus circlejerk or coming after Unalaq in the middle of his big victory. Have Korra spend a whole season either with nothing but air bending or in a wheelchair learning patience and spiritual shit. The endgame would be Amon finally taking all of Korra's bending only for Vaatu to show up, now free because the avatar is effectively "dead".
>>
>>54535601
You're an uneducated dumb ass.
>>
>>54534620
One of my favorite methods I've done this in my games is by making the princess the daughter of evil overlord who isn't fully human.

The idea being she is a 9/10 yandere who legitimately wants to help the PCs. But also has different moral system and isn't all that stable. So she'll easily be willing to help the PCs get in touch with high nobility. But will also if they make a misstep try to chop their arms off and won't feel bad for fucking them over. Which creates kind of a situation where they have to decide if they want to keep her connections or piss off her nation by killing her when she crosses a few lines.

One could also go for the basic power hungry princess who wants to use the PCs to gain a foothold in politics.
>>
>>54540290
I dread that most people don't really think clearly enough about philosophy to fully or grasp and appreciate how truly lawful evil she is.
The selfishness is absolute, and harm to others simply occurs as a consequence of following a replacement moral compass that completely dehumanizes us, painting common virtues as callous or patronizing disempowerment, while elevating unrelenting ruthless greed to a "heroic ideal."

Moral nihilism with only one exception; the imperative to always dare to do what you want, by any means, rejecting all limits imposed by others, or even yourself as long as you cannot argue for their rationality.
Seeking out a goal with singular determination, like the Terminator, except despite the agonized screams of your primate brain's inner sense of morality and decency (flawed as it may be) should you be so unlucky as to have them.

Creating a society of people who would stop at nothing to literally butcher and eat each other alive, if they simply had the desire.
>>
>>54540789
Need to remember anon. Everyone here is uneducated. How many here can speak Latin? How many here can explain all the kings of sparta from the start to the last in order? Or understand the basics of rhetoric and advanced calculus? If you can't at least do all those without using the internet you are.
>>
>>54541001
>agonized screams of your primate brain's inner sense of morality and decency
>Implying people have that.

People have drives for altruism but that is more based around survival in the case you get fucked over and need support in the future. The only reason things aren't as bad is due to how easy prosperity is these days. Go back to city states and you'll rapidly see people doing the same shit people did in the bronze ages.
>>
>>54534620

>Princess is typical female

done.

Heroes are sworn to her service by force. She endangers the entire kingdom during her monthly flow through selfish behavior and the heroes are tasked with satisfying her ever changing desires. They must find a way to get rid of the queen without losing their heads. Perhaps Chadwick the 20 charisma bard can manipulate her into marriage then seizing power. Maybe the dickassrogue can hide poison in her double fudge period sundae.

She believes that the best skin treatment is virgin blood. Uses servants and peasants at first, but when she eventually begins to use the blood of the daughters of some of the local lords, a crew of adventurers are hired to "find a solution" that doesn't involve storming the castle and potentially weakening the Kingdom. Their neighbors are strong and constantly on the lookout for an opportunity.

Yeah, you're not wrong. With the first season they thought it was a one-and-done thing but Nick suddenly ordered another season or two when the first was half way through airing. After that they decided to roll with it and have every season be more self-contained because they couldn't be sure how much time they would have to tell any story past that point, which obviously brought its own challenges (which they weren't able to win out against half the time).

Even within a given socioeconomic class/layer/demographic, there are plenty of examples of groups who were able to work together well and optimize happiness by first gathering/creating, then trading resources, while protecting each other as insurance against the waste of a heavy investment inherent in the loss of an "engine of prosperity" (that is, a person with the potential to provide value, such as work, wisdom, services - all of which result in prosperity and increase the potential for happiness.)

Not necessarily through "equality" or even "merit/deserving", but simply through a desire to create value (goods or services) to be traded, which happens to allow the use of surplus to meet demands, which happens to convert potential prosperity into potential happiness. (e.g. as in Marslow's Hierarchy of Needs)
It is this kind of system that primate ethics have evolved to create and uphold.

Making use of that potential happiness requires healthy and happiness-generating human interactions, which inherently requires trust.
>>
>>54542212
Continued.

Trust is heavily correlated with happiness, because humans are fundamentally social animals. Social interaction is a vital need - especially during childhood (lack of social interaction causes severe retardation) but also during adulthood (lack of social interaction causes severe mental illness.)

It is an unavoidable characteristic of human social interaction that we are able to hurt the other person, and must mutually refrain from choosing to harm each other while trusting the other to do the same.
This is at the heart of civilized behaviour, and fundamentally necessary to have civilization.
We are genetically configured to want to build a society, and to do the things that are helpful to it.

It is due to this that some degree of trust occurs naturally and spontaneously in human interaction (especially more immediate individuals who plan less and act more - such as children, or simply less jaded and conniving individuals.
Love and trust are the products of a positive feedback loop that occurs on its own, as long as no-one takes action to harm it.
It is the vain (and pointless, from a position of so-called "rational self-interest") propagation of deceitful, anti-social, and unnecessarily destructive norms and behaviors by the ruthlessly cunning and selfish that ultimately make the humans miserable within a culture/society/group, by actively choosing to dismantle the happiness-engine of society.

Active propagation of "rational self-interest" is the destruction of good, because much of good is socially self-organizing, spontaneous and natural. Becaue it needs to be, to get a bunch of monkeys to create a society together.

Daddy (the king) is largely apathetic to his daughter, keeping his attention on grooming her brother for leadership and actually ruling the kingdom. He funnels her some of the vast treasury to keep her occupied while paying her no mind. Born into the lap of luxury but nothing to actually DO, the princess takes to moonlighting as a masked villain, using her allowance to hire thugs and bullies to take over local crime gangs, plunge dungeons, and collect powerful artifacts. She ends up building a dangerous, trapped filled dungeon complex filled with all sorts of monsters right under the castle, with daddy none the wiser. She causes chaos all across the kingdom, forcing the king to call adventurers to hunt this mysterious new enemy-all none the wiser that it's his own daughter doing so essentially out of boredom.

>>54534620
What if she's actually a prince?
>>
>>54534620
Well Azula herself is a great example that incorporates a lot of different stresses mixed with base personality to make a great BBEG.

Stepping away from her I rather like the princess BBEG who honestly doesn't know she was doing wrong. She was coddled as a baby her brother was supposed to take the throne. Nothing was expected of her but to be pretty and everything was handed to her. Then everyone else died and the line of succession fell to her. She knew nothing else and because of it became a tyrant. It also creates really memorable moments with my groups. I can only pull it off once with each new group but their faces when they realize that their "final boss" is just a scared girl that doesn't understand why they are killing her guards is great. How each group deals with it and tries to fix the kingdom is great. No two groups has tried the same thing.

>survived in the woods from a very young age by stealing from caravans and eating trash
>is found one day by a small band of Goblins
>is basically a feral child at this point, knifes a goblin who tries to eat her
>before the others kill her, their Matron intervenes
>likes the look of animosity in the kid's eyes
>years go by and the Princess basically ends up running 4 goblin clans and an army of bandits and mercenaries (mostly deserters from the war)
>bruns and pillages her way to the capitol
>storms her former home, brutally executes the men who killed her family and surrendered so they could keep their land and fortunes
>"Welp, time to graduate from Goblin Queen to Goblin Empress!"
>kicks the old war back off, goblin style.

I propose a spoiled princess who's the main antagonist but not the main obstacle. A character who ultimately isn't very threatening on her own, but is without a doubt the reason behind all the problems. For her own petty reasons, she's threatening the setting and needs to be handled.

The actual obstacle for the PCs will be those loyal to the evil princess or those that would work with her otherwise. Maybe a sworn black knight that challenges the party multiple times, a powerful wizard promised to serve the royalty at any cost, or some demonic adviser interested in seeing how things play out.

The important thing being that the princess really is the main antagonist, she just isn't necessarily someone the PCs ever have to fight personally because any one of them could walk up to her throne and kill her if she wasn't owed so much loyalty from more dangerous, but less motivated enemies.
>>
>>54534958
Not sure why, but I'm reminded of the "dating a lich" screencap.
>>
The Princess isn't actually the Princess.
Several years ago, the real Princess was kidnapped in a plan involving a body double of her.
While being held, the real Princess was killed, and the kidnappers betrayed.
When the valiant knights arrived at the hideout where she was being held, and rescued who they though to be the Princess.

The body double used by the kidnappers has been playing the part of the Princess ever since, using her position and old criminal contacts to abuse her position for nefarious ends.

a good example is the princess in Overlord, she actively schemes the downfall of her country so she can get lover boy with no strings attached.. to her, her country on the other hand.. well I hope they like greater demons, ULTRA LICH, and other non-humans being the ruling class.

Personally if you want use a princess as an antagonist, remember that a cushy court life princess is going to being skilled at manipulating others for her gain, and in a high fantasy setting her education may include magic. A barbarian princess may be a charismatic leader or that uber bitch that cut a giant's dick off and fucked him with it to prove a point.

Shes a huge book nerd and had read all of the tales and epics of her kingdom and completely lost herself in them. One day she hears tales of the parties exploits and immediately links them to those epics and tales. She quickly gathers information from around the kingdom and realizes that everything is pretty good. There are some bandits and the kobolds are being jerks but its all on the up and up. She becomes distressed over the fact that the party wont move on to "bigger and better things" and decides to make/be a BBEG for the party so that she can make her own epic that can be added to all those that she loves. Even better if she say has a childhood friend that's a dragon or something that goes along with it. Leave plenty of hints about how everything is always to perfect and that even after every "event" there really is no damage. Bodies are always taken care of swiftly. Towns seem to be rebuilt over night. Make it really weird but not enough that they catch on quickly.

OR you can think of her as someone who's trying to reclaim what's, according to her, rightfully hers. Like say the rules of her kingdom don't allow a female to lead, or that they allow her but someone stills grabs the throne pretexting that she's too young to rule (let's say she was 15 or 17) and the nobility go along because he promised them stuff. She stays a honorary princess (because the general/uncle/whoever takes power was married before) but still tries to kill the traitors one by one, spreading corruption and shaking her kingdom to create an opportunity to stike back and reclaim her heritage. Of course, she's convinced her parents didn't die naturally and were killed by the guy who came into power. Did I just describe Daenrys ?
I dunno. Why would a princess NEED to be the BBEG ? We need to find a realistic motive

>in his anger, he promised never to help them until they sacrifice x lives, abandon all technology, go into a genocidal holy war/exile etc. something big they'd never do intentionally
>she intends to gain back that "benevolent" god's favour and does shit so that a great deal of her people are killed (that's her sacrifice)

She wasn't a straight up villain, but I did run a D&D campaign where the "princess" got kidnapped, but then it turned out it was actually the prince, her kid brother in drag. The actual princess had assumed the role of prince, and then under the guise of rescuing "the princess", launched an invasion of a neighboring rival kingdom. The rival kingdom had nothing to do with it; The princess had actually hired drow slavers to covertly bag her brother for her, and to keep him hidden until she could have them plant him in a place for her to rescue him and validate her invasion. Naturally the drow double crossed her though, and eventually she and the players had to band together to stop a drow from raising a dead god to help them take the surface.

Let me tell you the story of the Princess of the Elves.

Once, long ago, there existed the most beautiful, fairest elven princess to ever live. They say that the day she was born the very heaven's wept, for never again could the sun shine brighter than her smile, the wind seem as refreshing as her words, and the beauty of the sky and stars forever overshadowed.

Growing up she was given all that she could ever want, and extremely talented. there was nothing she could not master, no skill, no task.

But outside of her homeland she saw the ugliness of the world, and the threat posed to that which she saw as beautiful. And she would have none of it.

And so she started off with her grand machinations to exterminate the blight of the lesser, irredeemable races. Monsters, orcs, any and all sapients that had hunted her people.

But she could not do that herself, after all, she was the fair, kind, princess. It simply would not do to do battle outside of self defense.
>>
>>54583375
For that, she needed a warrior, a great knight in shining armor, one whom the bards could sing of their timeless romance, of how he came to her rescue in her hour of need. One who would rid the world of the blight of these monsters if only to make her safe.
But of the warriors whom existed in all the lands, only one was sufficiently powerful and heroic enough. The only problem? He was already dead. Or rather, undead. He died long ago, in the protection of his kingdom and family, ultimately failing to save them. His heroics were only matched by the tragedy of his final defeat, where he held off an army upon the castles draw bridge over a large expanse. The only single warrior waiting out the seige, praying for reinforcements that would never come.
The failure caused his spirit unrest to the point he could never move on... He commanded a great army of spirits of fallen soldiers, and though the knight still attempted some heroics occasionally, he mostly just defeated monsters and ransaking bandits and would be conquerors in his land.
>>
>>54583381
Now, the princess was powerful enough in magic and had the assistance of the court wizards and clergy to undo his current state as an undead knight, albeit with some difficulty. But that's simply not romantic enough.
She first approached him and offered him gestures of kindness and friendship, trying to appear as the first kind person to truly see past his state of undeath and try to console him about what happened. For someone so far lost in misery, self loathing, endless depression and woe, the appearance of a beautiful maiden who seemed so sincere and genuine in her kindess and compassion was as seductive as a succulent meal to the famished. No matter what resistances he bought up, slowly she began to tear them away.
not completetly though, before long she would profess that there were some issues with the monsters in her land, harming her people... as a matter of fact, she had sent out some of her scouts on dangerous assignments to find out what was occuring in the monster territories. She had them begin to drop clues through subterfuge and illusions about weaknesses in elven territories, secrets and hints. When the monsters acted on them, they found them to be true, capturing supplies, raiding elven caravans, and such. She of course, paid large bounties to retrieve the bodies of any elves who died and paid for their ressurection in full, often performing them herself as the caring queen she was.

>>54583392
but the message and rumors began to circulate amongst the monsters that for the first time in a long time, the elves had a weak ruler. a dainty girl too kind to strike out against the monsters, too weak too command her forces, and too young to be competent enough to know what to do. And before long, the scent of blood was in the water... the orcs, goblins and other monsterous races began to see that the time was right to take their lands.

Confessing her inability to know what to do to the undead knight, he saw a person, a princess, in need of aide and uncertain how to handle it. When one of her supposed close maids was taken (or rather, snuck into an orc encapment), she grew quiet, frought with concern. So the undead knight set out into lands unknown, to rescue a person he never met from creatures he never confronted before.

He of course, succeeded, slaughtering many orcs and monsters to accomplish this task. And now the orcs saw that they were going to strike back. And for the first time in over a thousand years, a great war was brewing.
>>
>>54583399
Over time, the monsters gathered their forces under a great commander, many elven provinces had to be abandon in feint surrenders under the order of the queen. till the largest monsterous army ever assembled, millions in numbers, came to the door of the princess's elven castle. A few days before battle, the princess and the undead knight met. Though he promised to fight with her armies, he asked her not to fight, not to lead her armies as the princess. She, faking grim resolve, said that she must. The knight was furious, he thought she would not be able to handle this, and worse, that if she died, he would have failed to protect someone he loved once more. The only person he loved since his undeath.

On that night she also gave him an armor of unending battle. The armor would make a warrior immortal so long as the battle persist, but as soon as it was over, either all the enemies dead or fleed, the warrior would die. Since he was already dead, this either would last eternal in a state of battle, or double kill him. She altered the enchantment to soul bind him instead so that she could ressurect him later. But she ommited that last part. She gave it to him, and of course, told him not to use it unless it was necessary.
>>

The day of the battle came, and she held off most of her elven forces, not wanting them to die. She ordered her forces to mostly harrass and hinder the large armies in the seige until her plan came into effect.

During the battle, she left a flank open, allowing the enemy commander to make a bee line to her and her honor guard. Of course, this was an elaborate illusion, she was never in really any danger. The knight and the orc warlord did not know that however. The knight saw the danger, and broke off his attack to gallop to her rescue. Racing as quick as he can. Arriving just in time to see the Orc Warlord kill the Illusionary Princess.

The knight, fell to his knees, cradling her body, she smiled at him one last time and died. The knight had failed. Again. Failed to save someone he cared about. He let them die, when he swore he would not.

The knight, already wearing the armor, activated in a fit of rage and charged the enemy commander. It was exactly as she foresaw it, a glorious heroic battle... but in truth it was a brutal slaughter, the relentless unimaginable cold fury of the undead swept over the battle field and the Knight killed the commander and just kept killing... The princess had her generals order the attack to support the undead, and enclosed the enemy, cutting off their retreat. Many of the monster forces were routed.

After the battle was over, but before the armor would register her death, while there were still some fleeing enemies to kill, She appeared to him in a vision. Her ghost telling him that there was still a way to save her... that she could still be ressurected by her people, but a powerful enchantment bared her. One that was created by the orc people (a lie) to ensure that she could never be ressurected so long as a single orc lived.

The knight finally had a quest. a Quest for his redemption, a chance to save her, to save his own sanity. And all he had to do was eliminate an entire species from the ends of the earth. It took him decades, the elven people supporting the knight and his undead armies in their hunting and genocide until the elven seers could no longer scry any orcs.

But after his task was done... the armor finally ended its effect, killing him. But as he died, she appeared to him as a ghost once more, telling him the task was done, that he had saved her... And he closed his eyes finally at peace.

Only to reawaken them again later when she ressurected him into a state of quasi- immortal quasi- living flesh with all manner of perverse necromany good and bad. It took her awhile to get the powerful magics neccessary to undo two states of death, but she felt it was worth it because it was just so romantic and beautiful
He had "Saved" her, and so she saved him. Because of course, though tragic stories are beautiful, everyone loves a happy ending, and bards would sing of it, and of her beauty, eternal.

Soon the nearby populations would slowly begin to come under sway, engaging the youths of the human lands who want to be beautiful and live amongst the elves like them, fueling the seeds of revolution in the hopes of falling under her banner. As for the dwarves, they had their uses and she did not see them as so ugly that they needed eradication, but would need to know their place.

In the years to come later, she implemented programs to help foster the population growth of all manner of adorable magical creatures. Unicorns, Fairies, and other styles of fae and friendly local celestial or natural creatures of beauty and grace. And of course, though only the closest of her court knew her real macinations, the vast majority of the elven people could not imagine a more beloved princess. And forevermore, this land would never be a place for the ugly brutish monsters and terrors of old.

Until that is, the PC's of monster races appear.

That seems kind of crazy. I mean the PCs wouldn't really stand a chance if she's that powerful.

Her law and order are absolute. Disobey even a corrupt official or an unjust law and you hang and your family is exiled, your property seized.

'Savages' includes any native. They aren't using their land so they clearly have no right to it.

Her honest business and capitalism is state-sponsored corporations and trusts that treat the people worse than machines.

Her 'democracy' is the election of crown-approved officials only. You have the right to choose as far as she allows it and the right to dissent only in a state-approved manner.

Nasu and his team are hacks who know nothing of history.
Lizzie literally did that to her servants because She literally had the mind of child and knew no fucking better, next to it being encouraged by her two dead husbands, and the bathing in blood crap came after the bodies were discovered and she was imprisoned in her own castle till she died.

She adopted two personas, one the frustrated girl who used servants as playthings and stress relief through the methods of punishment she was taught to employ via her husband who also delighted in it on occasion, and the other an articulate caring mother who was good in politics. She was raised under the impression of commoners being playthings that existed for her sake, next to her waning youth and a few other factors that slowly drove her mad, escalating her tortures until she got her maid and midget on board to nab nice looking girls to murderfuck to death. She showed signs of minor bisexuality, but that's down to the sexual repression because her hubbies were awesome men who kept her edging as they went off to fight kebab like Vlad III did, so it drove her fucking balls to the wall nuts. Basically, if her hubbies took the time to mating press her snatch before they fucked off to the "next kebab remover of the century contest" and if she wasn't cooped in the castle all the time, she wouldn't have ended up so twisted.

Though who the fuck hired that deformed rapist midget and exceptionally fucked up maid of hers is beyond me.

Not at all. One good character is not enough to redeem that shitpile of a show.
