Just started DMing for the first time, and I'm totally clueless as to where to go for resources. The game I'm running is set in Forgotten Realms, and I'm wondering if there's a big collection of just maps?

What software would you guys recommend for making my own? I've seen tons of different things, but I'm lost right now, so I figured I'd ask the experts.

I was running a game set near Baldur's Gate so I literally ripped the map files from the game and used for Roll20.
