You cannot with the Jump as it exists create your own Quirks. I was thinking about including such an option when first drawing up the plans, but the more I looked into Quirks, the less of an idea I had for how to do it.

So instead of something needlessly complex I just added or designed as many quirks as I possibly could so everyone could hopefully get something that interested them, with Hybrid and Empowered opening things up for some possible user creativity.

Why are these ninjas so pissed at me!? I mean, sure, my Venom Mark 2 enhanced security teams might have accidentally smacked a couple (hundred) of them too hard upside the head and sent them into comas, and maybe old Ghuly accidentally died a couple times to my modified versions of the laughing gas and the fear toxin (How was I supposed to know that the effects were fatal when they interacted!?), and... Well, ok, I suppose it is sorta understandable why they're a tad angry.

Oh well, at least they helped field test my inventions before I sold them to anybody and everybody that could legally buy them. I also helped modernize and upgrade the security at Arkham Asylum and Blackgate Prison, with funds taken from my own pocket. Also updated were the computer and forensics equipment at the Gotham PD, along with their armory, making the lethal stuff more lethal, and the non-lethal even more so.

Combined with all the jobs opening up in the area to accomplish this, some donations to local, credible, charities, and the efforts of Batsy...well, organized crime didn't last long in Gotham.

Desolation Row is where the plot starts going into climax. You'll be safe from the universal resets so long as you don't leave Great Britain though. Watch out for Ultimate Dio and Ultimate Cars fighting, neither care much for collateral.

On that topic. I'm pretty sure the description for Desolation Row in the jump is wrong. The reason, by my understanding, Great Britain is isolated from the temporal acceleration of Made In Heaven is that Antonio Torres recognizes it as separate from himself, while the rest of the world is his stomach. Internal time is tied to cognition and can be separate from external time, so Dio had Antonio separate Great Britain from the rest of the world specifically to use Antonio's internal time to keep the landmass safe from the universal resets. Also, Antonio didn't directly swallow Britain, but had all of his clones used by Penelope's Wound as the material to create a Locked Room that locked away the world.

Is MtG magic worth learning? At the very least, it seems way less efficient than other systems.

It's... really not that inefficient. You're not spending a full land of mana on any spell used by normal wizards, just if you want Planeswalker-style huge effects.

Have an example I was reading anyway, him explicitly only just gaining access to a single mana bond.

Telekinesis says "Witch practice...". It also has a hanging parenthesis at the end.

Splicing says "You've gained possess some...". Also "Finally, Whether..." and "...more than capable of injuring of taking down most men." The upgrade says "transforming yu into...".

Mutation says "...will probably think your some...". Also "a hero a gain people's..." and "demolish structures with melt through steel structures with radiation".

Import in Costume Enhancements says "non-biological consume".

I know what UC is meant to be but every time I read a price in that section I just think of succ. On that topic, is the Synthiod meant to be called that instead of Synthoid?
