Mathematical Analysis. Scales better than any other Thinker power. Enhanced Mastery's a Trump power for some retarded reason, and Reverse Engineering's the best Tinker power, but personally, I think intuitive mathematic aptitude that can be applied to literally any problem is the best choice, especially since bland Super-Genius perks are a dime-a-dozen.

She's made it pretty clear that she doesn't tolerate any of SB or their jumps.

Is there any perk that allows you to just get better at something through repeated practice/allows you to train anything? Like, I have a few skill-cap breaker perks, but the problem is... I don't actually have a way to train or get better at that level. Seriously, how does one train their stealth when they're literally so good they can stand right in front of someone and not be seen?

I'd put a bit more information about the enemy and size scales. I've gone through a few pages of the quest and I still have no idea what a Type Zero looks like. He said he got a lot of cues from Muv Love among other places, so I'm expecting them to look something like infected thing from knights of Sidonia, but I have no idea.

Aside from that I just have comments on the lore itself. I mean 15KM effective range on a direct fire auto cannon? The best sniper I'm aware of has a maximum range of 4km. And, okay, uber technology and Valkyrie core assistance... fine but unless these things can go mach 5 or something combat would just boil down to long range artillery slugging matches.

But none of that is your fault, it just triggers my autism.

The technology is pretty simple, on the level of modern day micro controllers. I can add it in if you want for like 100cp but if you've got some electronics perks and some forging ability to weld extra RCS modules and stuff you wouldn't really need it.

Order Of The Stick has Random Encounters:
>Random Encounters [300 CP, discount Adventurer] - Sometimes you have a skill you'd like to practice, but nobody to practice it with or against! With this, however, that won't be a problem – you can stumble across roaming monsters or NPC's with ease no matter where you go, and this can be toggled on and off at will. These encounters are always challenging, but not overwhelming.

They pretty much can, yes. And teleport, too. And combat without valks /is/ artillery slugging matches. Like, there was one bit from a lesson in the quest where it was mentioned that the preferred strategy for valks dealing with a low-AA Antagonist formation was just to call in ALL THE CRUISE MISSILES from friendlies, because they're incredibly easy to replace thanks to the fabrication tech while valks are not.

If I have the arrowhead from JJBA, and I'm able to get another Stand user's soul (via theft, trapping it, buying/tricking them out of it, diablerie or similar mechanism) would it be reasonable to gain a power from their Stand? Not like, a whole new Stand, but just an additional power? I posted this last thread and only got one reply. It basically amounted to "Only if that was a specific Stand power that you already had."

I'm trying to find a way to reconcile gravity manipulation and Stand Enforced contracts. I like them both but I can't really pick, so I'm trying to figure out a plot device or some rational that gets them together.

I'm trying to get this in a way that makes sense, but I don't know which one I want more. On one hand, Stand enforced Contracts seem like an interesting non-combat power that could be shored up with enslaving minions or picking Anubis or something, but I can think of a multitude of uses for controlling gravity, even if it's only in personal range. It's a tough choice since I really like both concepts. I also don't want to jump CoCo's or Jorge Joestar near JJBA in the same chain.

>>54493915
Why should anyone care about your low-power setting?
>>
>>54493811
Yes, Kamigawa takes place fairly early in the MtG timeline. One of the characters in it, Toshiro Umezawa, is the founder of Clan Umezawa on the main plane of Dominaria, after being transported there in the climax of the arc. There's no indication that his cross-planar transport also involved time travel. Three hundred years after his arrival there, his descendant would kill Nicol Bolas (the first time, Bolas dies and comes back to life a lot). A hundred and fifty years after that is when Mirrodin gets infected with glistening oil. So you've got four hundred and fifty years to head the problem off. Heck, regular Phyrexia is still around during the events of Kamigawa, go nuke Yawgmoth. The only problem you'll face is that Kamigawa is supposed to be very distant from other planes, hyperdimensionally-speaking, making it hard to get to and from the rest of the MtG multiverse.
>>
>>54493939
Can Symbolic Links be improved in any way? Like through a stronger soul, things that enhance magic, etc.?

It seems more likely to me that you'd be able to command their Stand IF you could also command their soul.

Worst comes to worst, there's nothing forbidding you from making the Stand power assimilation a specific sub-ability of your contract thing. Could even have a reason for throwing youeself into canon: C-Moon has some pretty cool gravity powers. Jumping Jack Flash too, maybe? I don't remember if he could turn off gravity or remove all the air in a room.

Symbolic Links allows you to tap into minor powers via a link to the symbol itself. So no those wouldn't work. Maybe something that enhanced your connections to other concepts/lands/etc. but we actually have a very small amount of druid/kami like powers in Jumpchain.

or get Thantos and somehow contact Cauldron, possibly through Coil.
I'd start working with them on the condition that they only give the Vials to clinically braindead people, and that I'd only kill them if the Vial didn't heal them.
Or maybe work with Blasto and start covertly stealing DNA samples from Parahumans so that we can clone vegetable versions of them for Thanatos to slaughter. This one's less likely to work, what with trigger events being so complicated and all, but it's less dangerous (and morally reprehensible) than siding with Cauldron.

I just finished part four, so I haven't gotten through Vento Aureo or Stone Ocean

I imagine that relinquishing a Stand via contract is something that can be done, if the conditions are met. The way I imagined the power was that both parties need to enter the contract willingly (no domination, duress, mind control etc.) and the Stand compels (or in this case, facilitates) that transfer. The Stand can backfire on me if I'm thwarted, enabling whatever consequence the contract details for me. Contracts must be relatively even sided. The Stand will create a perfectly legible paper contract that must be signed by both parties, and the contract is binding as long as the signature remains on the paper.

I was also thinking a minor power for verbal agreements, but limited in scope and power, and can only affect one person at a time. As for outright stealing souls, In the case of buying or enslaving them, I'd probably be able to do something. I'd imagine if I was dealing with a WoD vampire, diablerizing would add some measure of the power to my Stand permanently, at the cost of deriving no other discipline or skill benefit (though increasing the relevant BP/Generation stat appropriately.) and the associated drawbacks.

Does that sound fair enough? I want the contract Stand to be unwieldy and not effective in combat and the other party needs to know exactly what they're getting into.

On gravity, I was mostly thinking of changing which way gravity works for me to enable flight, drastically increasing gravity when I strike at the moment of impact to increase damage dealt, resistance training in high gravity DBZ style. I'm trying to think of Awakened/Requiem powers, but all I have so far is manipulating other fundamental forces and maybe messing around with relativity to increase speed. I don't know if that's how C-moon or Made in Heaven works, but I don't really understand relativity well enough to make the call.

So what magics do you think would be good for a living sword to have, if its goal was to be the best possible sword for its wielder? I was thinking space-warping magic, so it could shorten distances to strike at range (instead of shooting blasts and essentially being a very awkwardly-shaped gun), or phase through objects so it could ignore armor or selectively cut only specific parts of a thing. There have to be others, though. Any ideas? Maybe something to do with oaths and binding for enforcing duels? I don't know.

Since you've brought up something that I actually studied, here's a bit of trivia. What you're describing is projection and what you're trying to suggest is subconscious denial. Neither of those are key symptoms of DID or MPD for that matter. This doesn't change no matter what medication you're using to suppress the patient.

Unlike what the media likes to say, DID and MPD patients don't just magically flick a switch and change personalities. If you're going to be an armchair doctor I hope you're actually studying in med.

Either way, Sora is a jerk.

Sora kills Nobodies in the mistaken impression that they don't matter, and that they're essentially no different from Heartless. Xemnas tells Nobodies that they can only regain their hearts from Kingdom Hearts. But the truth is, experiences and contact with people will cause a Nobody to regrow a heart of its own, and thus be complete. Murdering them is potentially depriving them of this, because while a dead Nobody CAN come back to life as a complete person, it requires their heartless to have been slayed beforehand. Else they're stuck dead.

Save Nobodies, some of whom are innocent and misguided. Not all of them, though. Some of them are right bastards.
Also you can visit various Disney worlds, that's pretty fun, although some of them will be modified from their canon counterparts.

If you get to Agrabah before Sora completes his first run through it, you can actually snag Genie and make some wishes, then just hand him off back to Sora/Aladdin and the plot will continue as normal.
In fact, what you should REALLY do is tell Sora and Donald and Goofy to each make some wishes before handing the lamp off back to Aladdin to free the damn Genie, because otherwise they won't, and it's really a wasted opportunity for everyone.
Like, jesus, Sora, I get it if you don't want to send the Genie off on some bigass quest or something that would prevent his freedom, but you could at least ask for some more money or a new keychain or something, come on.

A friend of mine has DID. He once told me that the only time he really felt like it was multiple personalities in one person was actually when he first got on his meds. Something about it making him more aware of the shifts in his thinking, so it felt more alien when he was acting on it. >>54494758
The meds prescribed for DID varies from case to case, and in some cases I've had doctors comment that it's almost a guessing game, because between depressants, anti-depressants, and anti-psychotics, there are so many drugs with potential side effects that each patient needs to be aware enough to actually report back to the doctor if they feel like they need to change their drug.

Nine times out of ten, you can't expect the patient to know this. So whether they get the right drug to suppress their symptoms without causing side effects is a matter of chance. This isn't even considering the large number of cases that don't get diagnosed, because the symptoms can overlap with so many other mental conditions. I still hear profs insisting that DID doesn't actually exist and MPD claims are just hoaxes from people desperate for attention.
>>
>>54494775
It wouldn't work. Kingdom Hearts exists in a universe designed by Tetsuya Nomura. It has no context for what good fashion sense looks like. It's a wish-granting plot device, not god. There are some things even it can't do.

Won't the resulting reformed human have all the memories of the nobody in question? So in reality nothing of value would be lost once they reform.

>Sora is a jerk
You can't blame him for doing his job senpai. They had to be stopped somehow and if he didn't they would have suffered a far worse identity death at the hands of Xemnas. A death that not even being reformed as a human from being mercy killed would fix. Also nobody told him shit and the only other person who had any amount of knowledge on the matter wanted them all 'dead' too.

Since stands are parts of the soul, your stands will probably fuse, though I remember Pucci saying that there is a certain limit of stands one person has before they die (Though it probably came from a novel that its canonicity is dubious)

As for gravity, this is more of a Headcanon/Theory but in the Jojo universe Fate>=Gravity>Time and to obtain a power of gravity, you need to break free from another important force: Time. (Spoiler for part 6)Pucci managed to get around this by fusing with the revived body of Dio who had a stand capable of breaking free of the limitations of time. Many villains obtain a time-related power because evil souls have more powerful stands. Pucci then went to a Cape Canaveral where it is easy to break free from gravity and obtained the power to control fate.

Also how many people here have read the manga?

DID is pretty much what a lot of my other doctor friends would consider a nightmare case. Not because they don't like the patients or anything, but because there are so many factors that contribute to the problem especially in patients that aren't children. Even after reviewing the entire medical history there's still a good chance the patient ends up getting screwed over by one wrong prescription with the best intentions.

It gets even worse when patients will self diagnose themselves and try to self medicate.

Is FF the only JRPG series you know? Because for every game where you try to cite its use of "fuck God" as a clear sign that the Japanese hate religion, there's probably a dozen where God plays no part at all, and religion is just a convenient tool at best.

And even then it's largely just because Judeo-Christian religions aren't terribly well known in Japan, so they're exotic to them. You've got a implement of torture for your holy symbol, an all-powerful being judging humanity from on high, all sorts of weird monsters in the various types of angels, fanaticism and fervor, attempts to claim all mankind's souls for their master...it's great stuff if you strip it of any actual meaning.

Japan was arguably the slowest to adopt Christianity and even nowadays there are a lot of traditional folks who don't tolerate it very well, but there are definitely far more Christians nowadays than before to the point where it does become a talking point in some political discourse due to the cultural influence.

>>54495419
It's pretty metal even without stripping it of all meaning, Revelations especially. There's an invisible war going on between eldritch abominations that have existed since the dawn of time over the fate of the universe, a war between all that is good and all that is evil. And on top of all this is an eldritch abomination beyond time, beyond space, incomprehensible and all powerful, all knowing. An infinite being that created all that is. It just so happens that he's benevolent, and actually loves humanity.

And then you have Revelations, in which what is basically a dystopia that's run by the Source of All Evil is formed, with the Wrath of God striking it with all sorts of crazy natural disasters ranging from the sea turning to blood to legions of scorpion-lion-knights rampaging. Ending with a massive final battle, the Devil getting thrown into a bottomless pit, and then him eventually returning with a massive army only to be curbstomped and thrown into a Lake of Fire along with Death itself. It's madness.
>>
>>54495507

>>
>>54495468
Oh, I'm aware that Christianity is known in Japan. I'm not saying it's some weird foreign religion that they have no idea about. And you're right, it is a cultural influence. But it's not a huge one, not yet, which is why it's such great fodder for works of fiction. Your average Japanese person knows enough about Christianity to recognize the terms but not enough for them to not feel kind of exotic, still. It's a nice blend of the familiar and the strange. It's like an American with Buddhism or Hinduism.

>>54495507
This is also true. I kind of feel like the graph of religious knowledge versus religious awesomeness is U-shaped, for Christianity. If you know very little about it, it's interesting because of how exotic it is. If you know a medium amount about it, it's mundane and boring. But then if you go into the deep details of the faith and lore, there's so much cool stuff.

There's definitely more than a couple thousand. Probably more than a couple thousand in Tokyo Prefecture alone. You can check yourself here http://www.stat.go.jp/data/topics/index.htm. Even looking at the individual statistics topics made yearly from Heisei 28 and prior to that, I'm not seeing anything related to religion. (We're in Heisei 29 right now)

Good fucking luck with that, especially considering we had an /int/ fag back in the day who properly influenced the Keisarillisen Suomen to begin with. The easy stuff like the Giza Array activation and the Korean continental unification should be still on the wiki, but I doubt you'll find anything like the first arrival of the Jedi or why the fuck Suomi Kreikka got overrun when the Koreans moved West. >>
>>54495685
Well, if you have their True Name, a standard binding ritual should do the job. That's a powerful thing, in sympathetic magic (technically contagious magic, too). Pretty good arcane linkage. There are a lot of places you could get magic that keys off of that. Exalted, Inheritance Trilogy, Dresden Files (though that's dark magic, there), the GURPS jumps, the World of Darkness jumps, any of our DC or Marvel properties though obviously the magic-focused ones would be preferable...plenty of others, too, I'm just too lazy to hunt them all down. Point is, if you've got their True Name it shouldn't be hard to ensorcel them, even at a distance. I'm not really sure why you need help with this, to be honest, you've got the most important thing already. Everything else is just style points.

No. At the peak of the empire expansion before the war actually started, Lemuria's influence was enough that they had the military capacity to basically cleanse the space within the solar system which later led to the complete destruction of the Imperial Fleet, but they relied on a massive army. Lemuria pulled away when it became clear that the war was lost so they were spared when Kim fired the Mass Autism Array. The Lemurians presumably saw Earth as just a potential colony since the Sol Division wasn't particularly large at only a couple million, but they never intervened after that.

Pre-Diluvian Babylon never reached the same level of tech that the Lemurians had, and Hwan had the ability to influence the flow of time anyways, hence why SNSD became a crucial factor when the Hwan Civil War took place.

The Jedi detachment pretty much got spanked by the Lemurians though.

If you've never seen a /tg/ worldbuilding thread spiral out of control, the /his/ Proto-War was basically ten times worse. What made it worse was that the Khan Empire went off of some Korean professor's crackpot theory and ran with it, then basically people threw in things from what would basically be althistory (http://althistory.wikia.com/wiki/Alternative_History:What_is_Althistory%3F) and things got out of hand before we burnt out and lost interest as usual. Nowadays /his/ memes are much tamer in comparison.

You can see a lot of the althistory influence in things like the Centaurian expansion, Mu and Atlantis.

Halfway through rhe Empire From the Ashes books and I have to ask, what is with the Asgerd reward in the jump? Balanced aganst the setting a planatoid should be more acessable and if it is supposed to be centered on the planet side stuff found in the rest of the jump the thing shouldn't really be offerd at all.

It feels as though someone wanted one of these ships but didn't think such a high power setting would go through, so they focused on the low level stuff and snuck the ship they wanted in as a scenario reward.

>It feels as though someone wanted one of these ships but didn't think such a high power setting would go through, so they focused on the low level stuff and snuck the ship they wanted in as a scenario reward.
Commentary on how the jump is lower powered than the setting.
>>
>>54495970
I am well aware, what I am saying is that given their availiblity in setting it would make sense for them to be more availible than they are in the jump. Unless it is meant to focus on the lower powered earth locked part of the story (which it appears to be) in which case it doesn't make sense for it to be offered at all.

It makes it feel like the jump was made for the ships but the jumpmaker didn't think the setting with all it's high powered stuff would be accepted. So he focused on the low power stuff and hid the ship in a senario that seems hard but is actually easy for a jumper.

Near the end of book 2 and I think I was already spoiled on what you are talking about.
>>
>>54496011
The senario is easy anon, well it is if you read the books or have a PtV/Read the Guide type ability. Buy bridge officer implants and contact Dahak with your built in communicator. You have the codes to get acess an he'll blow away any mutineer threat that notices the transmission and send you a ride.

Then just repeat what the MC did to deal with the evil AI.
>>
>>54496136
Oh, I see. I think I understand now, and I sort of agree. I mean, you can't buy an Utu, either, the biggest ship you can buy is a parasite fighter (which is still enormous, but not enough). But that's really the only place where it's below the power level of the second book. When it comes to personal capabilities you're as good as any of the characters, so that's fitting. So I don't think it was necessarily to sneak in a higher power level, just a desire to have us earn the power of a Fourth Imperium planetoid ship instead of just buy one. The problem is that the scenario is poorly balanced. Like I said, you can just with the jump's purchases be as competent as MacIntyre, but with at minimum a thousand times longer to prepare. Not having magic available doesn't really balance that out. A better way to do it would be to just drop us into MacIntyre's shoes.
>>
>>54496176
>You have the codes to get acess an he'll blow away any mutineer threat that notices the transmission and send you a ride.
Actually, I vaguely recall Dahak saying that he would have killed anyone contacting him with the right codes just out of paranoia. He's got enough autonomy by then to demand secondary means of confirmation, so he could kill you even if you had the access codes.

Depends on what kind of druid you're trying to go for. Nature magic is pretty common in many of the flexible magic options like Hero BBS or D&D magic. Warcraft is probably the first option that people think of when it comes to animal Druids, but there are a couple others from places like SDS and Magicka

As i've said there are very few connect with nature type things to do, in contrast to the whole mass of Jumps that is. Harvest Moon is really nice for getting closer to nature stuff, no really I mean that.
>>
>>54496774
Yes, many of them. All of the Showa-era Riders aside from Amazon and J are technology-based, so mass production is possible. In some cases that even happened.

Kuuga is a unique piece of magitech, but it's related to the talismans the Grongi used to make themselves into kaijin, so it might be possible to make more.

Agito is all weird god-mutants, though the G-3 and G-4 armors are mass producible. You don't transform with them, though, you just put them on.

Ryuki you could make as many as you want, the Advent Cards are reproducible and that's where the Alternatives got theirs.

Faiz we don't have a jump for yet, but those are also technology. They only work for people with Orphenoch DNA in them, so if your user isn't themselves an Orphenoch they'll need gene therapy.

Blade you can make artificial Undead and seal those to power Rouzers outside the four suits of cards, so you could make as many as you want. Seems to be pretty resource intensive, though, and might end the world. Probably not a good idea.

Hibiki is magic. Anyone you train can transform.

Kabuto is also tech, though crazy advanced alien technology. Still theoretically mass producible.

Den-O you can make more belts, but they're not really useful without Imajin to power them. Getting more of those is hard.

Kiva you could make more IXA Systems, another tech Rider gear.

Decade...not sure, kind of dependent on Decade and Deind's ties to the multiverse. Probably not viable.

W is magic USB drives. Get a connection to the True Gaia Memory (something analogous to the Akashic Record) and you can make as many as you want.

OOO is alchemy, there's actually an item in the jump to teach you the alchemy that makes OOO Medals.

Fourze is all tech, but it's powered by friendship. Not everyone will be able to use it.

Look for things that would be labeled spell like abilities in DnD. Things like a dragons fire breath or a gorgons petrifying gaze. I think they are usually labeled with an Sp in the monster manuals, they turn from being spell like for the monster into being a full spell for you. At least usually, it works differently in some settings I think but Im not sure.
>>
>>54496901
>As i've said there are very few connect with nature type things to do, in contrast to the whole mass of Jumps that is.
Do you mean to say that you don't know a lot of jumps that have Druid options or something? There's a good number of jumps where nature magic is possible, from either perk options or just learning it in jump. Seems kind of odd to compare it against eight hundred something jumps when most people don't get that far in their chains anyways.
>>
>>54496943
Can I ask for some more info on those perks?

>>54496953
That is pretty helpful and really cool.
>>
>>54496924

Wizard is magic, anyone capable of channeling mana can fuel a Driver. Phantoms can be artificially created and implanted in people to make them able to channel mana. Magic-channeling gear is simple to make if you have the right materials, Wizard's supplier is actually a mundane jeweler who's just learned to work with magic stones.

Gaim is mass producible, though expensive to make (that was a plot point, the supply of the rare earth metals used in Sengoku Drivers was only enough for one billion people to be saved). Lockseeds are hard to get post-jump unless you take the Inves perks, but they can be made artificially as shown by the Energy Lockseeds.

Drive is all technology. They actually do design a Mass-Production Kamen Rider Mach system, though only one ever gets built as the plot diverges from there being need for them.

Ghost looks like magic, it's not, it's just technology that's fueled by souls. It's confusing. Point is, if you can get the ghosts, you can make as many Drivers as you want. Transformation into basic forms is possible without ghosts, though.

Ex-Aid is super mass producible, though the best Gashats require a surgery to make you immune to Bugster Virus. But mass production Rider systems that don't require the surgery are canon, even if they're not very good.

Build isn't out yet, but looking at its aesthetics I'd be surprised if it can't be mass produced.

That's the Supernatural (Su) ability type, not Spell-Like. Spell-Like is literally the ability to cast a spell, just as an innate power instead of learned from class levels. The drop in perk line has the best synergy with Xianxia Protagonist, and if you are feeling like exploiting it for maximum power, going for the mystical being perk that lets you manipulate or eat a concept would be a good call. It turns monster abilities into spells.

Leave to find out some stuff and come back to this. Dear me! Also you can buy outright a suit of V-1 Kamen Rider gear, another mass production armor, and outside of Kamen Rider stuff you could produce Night Drivers and Mithril Armor if you had the know-how, maybe Prop Master however I dunno if they count as 'Props'. (Chroma Squad)

On the subject of mass production of things only you (or companions) would be able to make usually what do you guys usually do /JC? I've personally made a Noble Phantasm just for that purpose at one point.
>>
>>54497062
But there has been discussion? I mean I guess you weren't part of the discussion when FFVII and FFX came out years back, but this isn't the first time blue mages have been brought up. It's just easier to remember FFVIII because the Blue Magic perk was nice and freeform.
>>
>>54497169
How do they handle it then?
>>
>>54497169
I was there. I don't remember the conclusion you're saying being come to.
>>
>>54497096
FFVIII's Blue Magic perk was notable because it specifically mentioned that any defeated being could have its skill taken, and as long as the being wasn't defeated in the jump, the normal restrictions would be removed. On top of this, as long as one person took the Blue Mage perk, the perk guarantees that you can teach it to others. That's why it became the poster child for Blue Magic. The other Blue Mage perk gave up the flexibility of letting it be taught to others, but didn't have the one skill per enemy limitation and similarly let the Blue Mage learn any skill. But that one was only notable because it wasn't a capstone.
>>
>>54497196
Wasn't the VIII Blue Mage perk also free to take special skills from people and robots and shit too?
>>
>>54497213
Not him but quistis uses it for robot skills including Exploding lasers and missiles .
>>
>>54497233
Wonder how the fuck that works
>>
>>54497213
There was no racial limitation or restriction that it had to be a monster. The only restriction was that it had to be a single fixed skill that was the stronger skill of the target.

>A curious and obscure ability, you've somehow picked up the ability to learn Blue Magic in your studies. The basic principle is that many monsters possess special magical techniques, often employed through a special body part or organ. You can, with a little research and a complete dissection, learn how these techniques work, and how you may replicate them yourself using magic. What this amounts to is the ability to copy a defeated being's (monster, animal, plant, sapient, etc.) single strongest technique, whether biological or magical in nature, by examining part of their dead body. While this ability has plenty of potential, the single biggest caveat is that these techniques are often true magic, and normal humans just aren't capable of casting true magic except during a Limit Break. This drawback will apply to any Blue Magic learned from creatures in the Final Fantasy 8 world. If you leave this world, however, any techniques learned from creatures outside of it will still function normally barring similar restrictions, no Limit Breaks needed. The best part, though, is that Blue Magic is entirely reproducible and teachable, and though it's quite an advanced subject, any of your students may eventually be taught to wield the techniques you've gained through

well let's see

1. For abilities . I have my many retainers acting as a Magatama farm, each having been given sacrificial bestowment via sacrificial bestowment and any abilities I want to mass-produce and told to share them among themselves so that they can all mass-Produce copies of Those abilities

2. For Technological stuff I scan it with either my mother box or the foundry table from warframe , and then print it out With supreme commander technology upgraded with Rick-tech

3.for magic my mother box has been imported damn near everywhere that offers magic and has one of those " Teach any magic you know, to anyone" perks I forgot the name of of it, though it's one of the exalted ones.

4. For conceptual abilities I have a servant with EX item creation and a magic to technology perk

5.for my biological abilities I went with a virus that can absorb and mingle with damn near any other life form in prototype,as well, as the capstone where you become said virus and have steadily been improving it/myself with various viruses and such, including the Mutualist strain option From war frame, this is in fact my final form from SAO ,as well as the technology to biology perk from Hive Queen quest

6.for racial bonuses/Abilities I have infectious bite from Darkstalkers.

It's the sequel to FFTA, although it's a pretty loose one since there are only a few things/chaaracters that connect to the first one, such as Montblanc, Ezel Berbier, some of the lore Leazaford gives you on judges IIRC and Mewt at the end of the game.

Notably, it takes place in either a new world based off of the later Ivalice games, or in Ivalice itself. It's a bit ambiguous; Montblanc mentions Marche when he gets KO'd but the world is entirely different from that of FFTA.

It's also something I'm interested in making a Jump for, once I clear my plate.
>>
>>54497633
FFTA takes place in different Ivalice, whereas 2 takes place in the same Ivalice as 12, RW, Tactics, and Vagrant Story.

The jump does have stuff from 2, but since it's an alternate reality, it doesn't technically stop an A2 jump.

>>
What would be the best jump to start off in if you wanted to be a non-combatant, CEO type?
>>
>>54497318
Yeah be careful with that stuff, it was created by empirial alchemists to make living weapons for the empire. Bluemages originally were made through experimental processes of alchemy that caused them to erupt into a mass of tentacles and other disgusting things like turning into blobs of flesh. They eventually got the process down to where now bluemages are more or less "human". Bluemages in ffxi get their spells by basically ripping off hunks of the target creatures soul and attaching it to their own.

As you can probably understand this is not inherently a very pleasent thing for the soul and puts amazing stress on the body, that is why the bluemage capstone in ffxi puts a solid lock on you accidentally becoming a soul flayer, because in setting there has never been a bluemage who died of natural causes. Either they become soul flayers and have to be hunted down by other blue mages or they die in battle. It is a very violent job.

Yes all the jobs are teachable, and you can learn them in setting if you want though the perks are extras. They do require some extra equipment though in setting sometimes and if you want to teach others you will need the extras, things like wyvern eggs for dragoons and such are available in the items section, I highly recommend buying that if you are going to teach other people mainly because the item is cheap and also because it is a one stop shop for things needed to teach others ffxi jobs.

>>
In world seed:

>>
>>54498078
Literally never shown. As for specialities, druids manipulate the elements themselves, whereas mages work their spells by imagining effects related to the concept of the element they want to use. They also specialize in enchanting (which apparently everyone can do anyway). Assassins assasiante, and the melee fighers fight melee. Priests do some shit with their god's domain I guess, they were never relevant. Oh, and apparently warriors can use the soul "buffer" they gain from slaying monsters to enhance themselves.
>>
>>54498054
Actually hoping to het world of cultivation worked on this weekend if I get a day off.

Currently working on new items like the

Nether’s Rotten Reincarnation Lotus- 600
The rumors say that there are organisms that grow in the Ten Thousand Wasteland in the deepest reaches of the Nether Realm, and the Reincarnation Lotus is the most valuable material grown in the region. It uses the most corrosive poison as nutrients And in doing so it gives birth to the purest and most miraculous thing, a lotus blossom that when eaten greatly increases both cultivation and allows the person who eats it to keep their memories when they are reincarnated granting them a second chance at life. Consuming the petals of this lotus blossom not only is beneficial to cultivation it also can be used to heal any and all wounds to a soul, beware letting others know you have this treasure, becuase if others found out they would stop at nothing to kill you and take it for themselves.

Shen Power Golden Cultivation Leaf- has shen techniques on it, can be used to help others learn to use shen energy

Shen power- new high price cultivation add on

Golden sun seed- literally a seed to grow a sun, its super heavy and about the size of a basketball iirc, made of crystal

Ling restaurant- makes ling food you can set up, makes a small profit

Totem pieces- used to grant an item sentience use more to grant sapience
>>
>>54498144
Nice. Can't really say anything about that stuff though, 'cause I haven't caught up with all those chapters yet.

Have you decided yet how you wanna do the grove thing? My suggestion was to make it free for druids (as they can just get it in-setting for free), and cost a small price for other classes/origins.

Neo-Heisei Part 1 has NEVER say NEVER (Can produce Quarks and Necro-Overs), Plug N' Play (Not only a great energy combo thing but also allows you to make magic gems into Gaia Memories), The Power Cosmic (Makes Astroswitches and Fourze Driver), More Money More Power (Creates a BIRTH System), Clear Memory (Can refine Memories from low to higher levels and create Memory Drivers), Greed is Good (Can create Yummis), Born from the Mother Earth (Connects you with True Gaia), and Knowledge is Power (Creates Gaia Memory[Connection to True Gaia required for high end stuff]).

Neo-Heisei Part 2 has The Sorcerer's Apprentice (Create Magic Rings and Plamonster Golems. You can also find Magic Gems), Towards the Heavens (Creates some Zodiarts Switchs), White Science (Artifical Phantom creation) Capstone Booster is nice here for creating close to real phantoms and actually making Magic Drivers, Inert WizarDriver (Mass Produceable WizarDriver needs magic to work), The Seal of Faust (Go into folks and gets Phantoms/ghouls out of them for summoning), Familiar Belt (Seals a Phantom for Rider forms), and The Rituals (Make Dolls and create Gates)

This is all I could find but there might have been one or two of the either the 'Driver production' or 'monster of the week production' perks that I may have missed.

Well, the WoW update will have an amazing perk for that, and has demons to summon. Few elementals too.

As for actual summoning magic though... I think God of High School allows you to summon absurd quantities of stuff? Overlord has some nice summons, and a few perks to help with them. Exalted has spells to summon Demons, Elementals, and some miscellanious things for long-term stuff. D&D has some nice ones, but most of their summoning spells are really short duration.

MtG has really good stuff, but it's pretty damn costly in terms of mana, so that's more of a boss monster thing. Nice if you want to summon an Eldrazi or something though.

And the summoning perk you can buy in No Game No Life lets you summon people from past jumps.

If your talking about the adaptation power from worm still, Doesn't it say that you have control over your adaptations so even if you did you can still revert back. Also I thought we were talking about diseases not bio-mechanical viruses, But it still should adapt to save you even if it cause the infected part to quickly rot off die and then regrow the once infected area

>worm
Also I thought we were talking about diseases not bio-mechanical viruses, But it still should adapt to save you even if it cause the infected part to quickly rot off die and then regrow the once infected area

1. You do have a good point about controlling adaptations, but that would probably limit you since it's limited by what biological systems can do and biological systems generally don't make people vanish into clouds of data so the bugster virus is clearly beyond most traditional definitions of biology
2. No, we were talking about bugster this entire time was that not obvious?
3. If it did amputate part of you to purge you of the bugster virus I don't think it would work for the Experimental Gashat since it would not have enough time to properly " interface" with you and gain the necessary "data" to upgrade itself

It's a tool, just like any other power.

I agree

>2. No, we were talking about bugster this entire time was that not obvious?

No that would be my fault for not fully paying attention

>3. If it did amputate part of you to purge you of the bugster virus I don't think it would work for the Experimental Gashat since it would not have enough time to properly " interface" with you and gain the necessary "data" to upgrade itself

If you are talking about the quantum evolution gaining data then that would be a maybe because remember it has slight precognitive abilities to adapt

So can someone explain Quantum Evolution to me in a dumbed down way? I always thought any evolution powers we get from it would fade once the danger passes unless we are constantly channeling it and once we stop it leaves.

pic sorta related?
>>

but I'm not talking about quantum evolution gaining enough data I'm talking about the Experimental Gashat gaining enough data, which it Shouldn't be able to do if it doesn't go through all of you.

Again my mistake, Then yes the Gashat wouldn't be able to gain data from you if you don't want it too

basically if something hurts you, you heal in a way that would prevent it from hurting you again.

>>54499842
exactly , And it wouldn't be able to anyway if the bugster virus didn't go through your system which it would not if the infected area was purged.

Apparently Spy Kids is part of a larger universe that includes pretty much everything Quentin Tarantino has done. At least according to http://www.imdb.com/list/ls002934716/

I would be interested in seeing one.

As far as I can remember the MC was an edgy faggot, along with everyone else, but that's pretty standard for xianxia stuff. The setting was pretty good though, so I'd look forward to a jump.
