It depends on how they actually are in terms of culture. If you're talking standard D&D Orcs, not very well. TES Orcs? Would do reasonably well. In my own game, Orcs are divided. They are "civilized" in that most of their race has settled in cities, and changed their veneration of strength into a culture of endurance, both physical and mental. The remainder of them are parts of cults of Gruumsh, and hate that their kinsmen have "sold out" and do everything from just be rebellious teenage Orc "gangs and thugs" to outright terrorism. So it really depends.

They seem to mesh well enough in Bright, at least, though what I've seen I may have inadvertently made my Orcs similar to those.

I think it's a "reader relation" issue. There's also the notion that for a society to actually work, there's some basic checkmarks that need to happen before the word go. Now, morality is actually NOT one of those, so don't get your panties in a bunch. But for a society to happen, people have to be able to work together, and there have been all kinds of societies. Orcs might end up something more akin to Sparta, which would be a society we couldn't even DREAM of living in today, so it'd be completely alien to us, even though it's something humanity did. Basing humanoid culture and society on humans is because well, we're human, so it's a stepping-off point to understanding said culture. It makes it more relatable. If you make a culture super-alien, you'll have people that think that's cool, but most people will balk at it and just pass it by, or do their own thing which may ruin the subject matter.

Initially, (all) Orcs buy into the macho bullshit that's being advertised on every screen you can see. Axe body spray sales would triple overnight, and the fraternity needs to compete with an orc bro who can crush a keg with his head.

Human-influenced Orc culture would start branching out. Female Orcs catch the "fight like a girl" punk scene, and a few male Orcs get in on leather daddy fashions. Over time, Orcs would adapt to more "human" ways of expressing power, such as conspicuous consumption.

Orcs in a modern setting could very much end up very prone to both bullying and being bullied when you think about it. The cliche is to make orc society very dependant on strength and so it would seem logical to see orcs bullying the weaker, human classmates.

However at the same time, it's entirely possible orcs who are not inclined to be raging brutes could be victim of non-violent bullying. That and possibly the would be LESS inclined to fight back because they are on average bigger and stronger than humans and would suffer from much harsher consequences if they actually hurt or cripple a classmate. That and one can assume corporal punishment would be a thing with orcs parents who would beat their kid if the kid did something dumb that put them at risk of being expelled and getting a criminal record.

It would just be part 2, since it still didn't wrap up the story of the first game. Stormwind hasn't been burned and Doomhammer hasn't taken over the Horde while Gul'dan was in a coma from getting the secret location of the Tomb of Sargeras from Medivh's mind when he was killed.
So the movie has a dead Medivh without revealing the location of the Tomb(or mentioning it at all). Gul'dan still awake. Blackhand dead by Lothar; Doomhammer was supposed to kill him after Gul'dan goes lights out.

Then it has to cover Lothar leading the remnants of Stormwind north to Lordearon and officially forming the Alliance.
