I need a name for a city in a post apocalyptic setting where the city is kind of like Vegas (or New Vegas)
the city advertises itself as a place where you can make it big and the founder thought tooth and nail just to get the riches which he used to make the city.

It should be separated into two separate parts. One which is essentially the tourist trap, and a place where the wealthiest or most influential have built lavish estates.
