So i was wondering if it is pozsible to get a custom miniture made based off something like my Fallout 4 character? And if so how to go about it?

heroforge can get you some good results, won't be perfect but you can get pretty close to almost anything with it.

If you're good with traditional sculpting, you could always make a one-off mini out of green stuff or another epoxy clay.
If you're good with digital sculpting, you can make a 3-d model and then use a printing service to get your mini.
If you've got some dosh, you could always hire someone to do one of the above.
