It can go intangible/invisible (almost making it to stands/users what a stand is to a non-user, though it cannot attack while intangible).

After awakening, it can also become a cloak that gives those properties to it's wear, although they then cease to work against stands and users.

No. One, the whole schtick of actual Exalted is to force things to fight on their level, so there's overlap where there shouldn't be. And if something costs more than 600 CP, it should be a canon thing that warrants that price. If it's not, then you should rethink including it. What you're suggesting is basically the Exalted equivalent of Patch Notes. It has no place in the jump.

Night Elves used to be big on arcane magic, but that caused the first Legion invasion and destroyed most of the world. They swore it off and stuck with druidic magic up till canon WoW (~10,000 years). All the night elves that wanted to stick with arcane magic got booted off the continent, and eventually turned into the High Elves.

Alright, so. The jump I planned to end the chain on hasn't been released yet, but honestly, all the major story arcs have been tied up and I ran out of ideas for this a while ago. And while Decade isn't dead and the chain can continue, I don't have much creativity left in me for it.

Since the end is all but set in stone, I'll be writing the epilogue soon. Thanks to everyone who followed my sappy fanfiction up to this point - this was a lot of fun to write.

This seems pretty silly, honestly. Why not just make it so it takes more to level something up the better you already are? Like, at this point, there's no advantage offered by this perk that wouldn't be eclipsed by just learning something the "hard" way. I mean, as it is now, you could be required to fight dozens of world-destroying monsters in order to become able to handle yourself in a street fight... Or you could spend a few months training the normal way.

I join the rangers early on so I can access their technology, wich is helped by the fact that Coop is now one of them. With the help of Alpha 5 and Zordon, I have him modify Megas so he can combine with Dragonzord and thus create Megadragonzord XLR. We also generally empower the other zords so they don't have to be replaced when Lord Zedd arrive. I also convince Zordon to recruit five other teenagers with attitude so they can pilot the ninjazords independantly from the main team. I also make sure we're ready for when Rito come to place the Orb of Doom 'cause I don't want to be stuck as a kid for any period of time. When In Space happen, I use For the Evulz and Sixth Ranger to trick the villains into thinking I defected (It always work in these kind of series) and set up an ambush to kill them all and thus preventing the death of Zordon.

Well there is more than one reason here.

1. That is how it works in setting, anything that is much weaker than you (basically anyrhing more than 3 levels in setting) gives you little to no exp.

2. Its a 100 cp perk to keep.

3. If you fight something while having a handicap, such as by fighting with your powers and strengths turned off and fighting as a human you would then get the same amount of exp as a human would. In setting this is called levelsyncing

GOD NO. Even though I had a lot of fun with this chain, it's still unedited and unpolished in a lot of places, and some jumps don't even qualify as a full chapter. I'd have to go back and make each one longer, and that would eventually translate into an epic that will take years of my life off. Most I'll be doing is PDFing it for the drive.

But yeah, my exhausted creativity is mainly for this chain. I plan to write more stories and probably more Jumpchain things (and jumps, naturally) in the future, though I'll probably be taking a break for now.

Can you explain what the difference is to you? If you are many levels higher low level mobs cannot hurt you and you do not get exp for killing them.

However if you limit your strength in some way (in this case and in setting) by turning off abilities and weakening yourself to be comparable to them as a near equal level you get more exp. In setting this is called level syncing. I could add another perk in that allowed you to drop your power to be equal to somebody else and be exactly like level syncing in setting if you want though?

Also its a 100 cp perk that is free in setting, its not going to be the best exp perk ever.

Yeah pretty much, fire can make and manipulate fire, electricity can do the same. Affinity determines the amount of control you have with it generally.

Mainly that depends on the amount of mana they have, higher affinity is generally a factor of how much control they have and how good they are with it. The mc uses high level magnetism and plasma affinity to make plasma cannons. It uses a lot more mana to create an element than to control or manipulate it.

50 is generally the same as another 50.

100% is absolute max, at least at this time. Im waiting on book 3 to update more though I have some new perks to add when it does already. Calamity beasts are living calamities, the mc kills a couple pretty easy by using an orbital canon but other than that chances are even a 100% affinity wont be enough to beat them. That requires a team of people working together usually.

I would think that depends on how key the immortality is to their nature. Dragons aren't just immortal in the sense of "live a long time" or "hard to kill". Dragons are literally pieces of Time given physical form. Even when they're "killed", they're really just rejoining another piece of Aka. Even when Alduin eats Nirn and ends tge Kalpa, it simple resets things back to Convention. It is fundamentally anathema to their very nature to conceive of an end to something. And you just punched that concept into their soul.

So using it on Deadpool or some random demon wouldn't do jack, for instance. But using it on something like the MCU version of Aggomoto, to who time and death are foreign concepts may very well work.

I was thinking about making a debuffing build because force weaknesses in things that shouldn't have those and killing the unkillable is always fun but I've run into a problem in a couple of jumps. A lot of the time undead have the best debuff tech but they also incur a negative lifespan or negative energy whichever you'd like to call it. How should going from being an undead with literally no life-force to one that does be handled? In my mind you should like instantly die or am I missing something?

After that, we take out the Death Meteor and go to the timeline with peace.

I think Investiture of Infernal Glory (I'm just assuming you're talking about Exalted akuma, since I can't think of any other types of akuma in Jumpchain that you can turn people into) would work on androids just as well as humans. It works on Alchemical Exalted, should work on their more mundane cousins. I think as long as they have a soul to twist, they're viable, so get a perk like that one from Alterworld D.Rus and make sure that this unit has a soul.

The Wonderful Ones/Guyzoch Pirates physically combine together into the shape of the tool you're using. Then an energy membrane forms over them to fill out any gaps in the shape and protect them. Look at the Unite Hand in this pic. It sounds crazy, but it's actually quite safe, even when using Unite Gun to shoot bullets made out of your friends at people. You can't be damaged directly in a Unite Morph, the worst that happens is that you get knocked out of formation. Then you can be harmed.

They don't need to be wearing a suit. What they need to be wearing is the Wondermask. Which can be mass produced by other Wondermask wearers. That's how you fill out your ranks to do larger Unite Morphs before you've recruited every single Wonderful One, your current Wonderful Ones deputize bystanders to assist in the Unite Morphs by giving them Wondermasks. Only people with the suits that come with proper Wondermasks can make Unite Morphs, though, deputies just contribute to them.

Huh, you're right, I had forgotten about that, I guess. Egg's on my face. But the principle is sound. It's the fact that they're jammed full of Autocthonian Essence that keeps it from working, not the fact that they're androids.

To be honest the best anything-blooded stuff was their mutations anyway, spirit charms are poorly fleshed out and jumpers are going to be all the exalt types at some point.

The Principle of Hierarchy does. She also hates free will. A single Akuma AI in a Manse networked to robot bodies is pretty much in-line with her methodology.

I do need to alter the second last sentence yeah, bit too certain. But the genuine love bit is staying. I mean, if you just manufactured it with magic or a perk, it's not genuine by a long shot. It'll still probably give you a boost but it's entirely faked. It seems pretty hard to abuse. As long as you're actively intending to create that love artificially or to abuse the perk, it's not really genuine love. Not to mention that even if it did, if you were able to mindfuck them hard enough to fall in true love with you, you could probably just get them to commit suicide instead.

No, it's for built in/innate stuff. Magical spells cast on you, or spells that work as long as you wear a cursed object, aren't affected. On the other hand, the Executioner 400 perk might work better in that case.
