A blood moon is a rare occurence on our earth. It would seem to indicate a certain night.

Lighting the braziers would create a blazing heat. If the braziers are made to look like moons, and are reddish, that takes care of the blood moon. There could also be a symbol of a moon.

The stone table, of course, is the iconic altar on which Aslan was sacrificed for the good of Narnia. Stone giants (mighty ones) would feast at a stone table.

"Vampiric Feast" is an NWN spell where you munch on your friends' hp (strength more important than the ones you love). "offered above" would mean cast while standing atop the stone table.

"who seek" probably means searching the area at that time, maybe for a lever or cache.

"defend yourself" probably means something overwhelming attacks when you pull said lever or open said cache
