Best 3rd party bitz vendors in terms of sculpt quality?
I recently bought some 3rd party bitz for my army, and I'm finding the sculpt quality somewhat... Lacking. Perhaps I'm just spoiled in that my chosen army is mostly made up of fairly recent GW sculpts, and I for sure should've looked a little closer at the bits before buying, but all the same, what are some good vendors in terms of being as good as/better than GW's sculpts?
Pic largely unrelated.

Depends on what you're looking for.

Bits for GW imperial armies, mostly Marines and Guard. More historical stuff can be fine too as long as it seems vaguely roman or turkic\ottoman.

I can't find a picture of the sprue, but the old chaos warriors sprue, from the early 2000's, was really cool.

Cool?
Not entirely sure how that's relevent, but thanks anyway.

Everyone sings the praises of Victoria Miniatures, but they're expensive as hell and more focused on complete models (though you can certainly buy bits too).
Anvil Industries is pretty cool too, and people speak well of Kromlech, especially for ork stuff.

The Kromlech Ork terrain is stellar, I've got most of it. I don't care for their actual Ork models, though.
