Okay so how the fuck do I make Belak interesting and/or entertaining? Any other DMs do anything different with this game?

In wondering that as well. I've had a lot of success with my players and the kobolds. They've adopted Meepo basically. What part do your players like?

They love the whole diplomacy thing, they're all real into character interaction, but I feel like I might be depending on it too much. My group loves Meepo too, I tried to make him sympathetic.

I've chopped a lot of the dungeon. They like exploring, making maps, role playing, and finding history but they have a hard time with combat. Part of that is the small rooms and hallways so I'm rewriting them to be in bigger rooms.
Have you refluffed anything?

Lmao my players threw meepo on the caltrops and used him as a stepping stone.

Not mechanically yet, no. I've been working with a premade map on Roll20 so it's tough for me to reshape rooms and such. A lot of overarching plot stuff though, and I've got Erky written to be a hotshot celebrity instead of a mayor.

Priest* my bad

Mine fed Meepo to the baby dragon and adopted it instead.

It's literally like the earliest adventure to play which establishes an in lroe occurence like Asharadorn and his soul eating shenanigans, next to the instance of the creation of a rare Vampiric Gibbering mouther, which also is found in Waterdavian dungeons belonging to that vampire lord who lives there named the Blood of Ghaunadaur.

Definitely a better investment. Dragons grow up bigger and stronger, while meepo stays a pathetic kobold forever. Unless you turn him intoPun-Pun.

Stays cute forever you mean
