The Cheesemancer of Avagantamos

Its a recurring character in the campaigns I play who rules over a large economic powerhouse of a kingdom because he can do no magic except for spells that somehow make livestock damn near perfect. So his kingdom's dairy production is the worlds finest, milk, cheese, baked goods, everything they make is the best. But he is always incredibly depressed because nobody takes him seriously due to his silly title.
