Nope, Hazoret is supermom. Even now, post bolas, her pre-trial training is literally just hanging out with the initiates, getting to know them, being supportive and listening to their problems, and making sure they're ready for the final trial. She doesn't even use her throne, she just sits down with the rest of the kids on some pillows. She even asks for little trinkets from them sometimes, so she can remember them and the fond memories they shared after the trial.

Of course, she's also the last line of defense against monsters in the city. If something big breaks in, Momma Hazoret goes in for the kill.

Kefnet's not very parental, but he's also kind of a dick if you aren't smart, and has absurdly high standards for everything. If you fuck up once with him, you're delegated to getting taught by other people forever unless you manage to do some crazy shit.

Bontu on the other hand is kind of hilarious. She's a complete shitter, but manages to do it in such a charming way that I have a hard time staying mad at her. Still, Bontus Last Reckoning is almost entirely just her yelling "BOLAS-SENPAIIIIIII~" so it's pretty damn great.

Kamigawa was a pretty low powered block, especially coming off the heels of Mirrodin which was super busted.

But man, it's easily some of Magic's best Lore and Story telling. Where Theros was a pop-culture view of Greek Mythology, Kamigawa nailed the feel of Japanese Mythology perfectly. I wouldn't even call it "Weeby" because it was too dense for Weebs.

Because the sequence of events in Nahiri's life goes like this.

1. Eldrazi seal weakens on Zendikar. Nahiri fixes it, then goes to Sorin-sempai to see why Sorin didn't come to help.
2. Sorin tells her that he's been setting up defenses for his home plane, and one of those defenses accidentally blocked her call. He'll fix it.
3. Nahiri demands he go back to Zendikar
4. Sorin explains that he's not done on Innistrad but will come later. Nahiri threatens him, Sorin asks her not to.
7. Nahiri attacks him with intent to either kill or cause grevious bodily harm
7a. She goes from "Onegai, Sorin-sempai" to "DIE DIE VAMPTHING!" inside of like 5 minutes max, by the way.
8. Sorin wins and seals Nahiri in the Helvault for apparently being a psychopath
9. Nahiri leaves the Helvault 1,000 years later and goes to Zendikar. It's being eaten by the Eldrazi
10. Nahiri assumes Sorin is responsible (he's not and actually actively tried to prevent it)
11. Nahiri decides to bring an Eldrazi Titan to Innistrad in order to kill millions of uninvolved people in her grudge against Sorin
11a. But not before wiping out his entire family, wrecking his house, and making him kill his daughter
11b. Nahiri doesn't even bother trying to save Zendikar herself first

Everything about Nahiri suggests that she's an insane murderer willing to kill millions in order to hurt a single person, and that she's most likely the sort of person who will try and wipe out anyone remotely connected to what happened on Zendikar.

- She'll kill every surviving elf on Zendikar because Nissa released the Eldrazi
- She'll try and wipe out Kaladesh and Vrynn because the fight between Jace and Chandra weakened the Eldrazi seal
- She'll try and wipe out Tarkir becuase Sarkhan was involved in the Jace/Chandra thing and Ugin didn't show
- She'll try and wipe out Dominaria and Theros because Gideon and Liliana know Jace and Chandra
- She'll try and wipe out Ravnica because Jace and Chandra hand out there.
