Dont stat things that arent meant to be killed
If it has stats people will find a way to kill it, but why would you want him to be killable

Oh I got this:
Senator Armstrong, Heir Apparent
5RWU, Legendary Creature - Human Avatar
Trample, haste, indestructible
Once per turn, during your first main phase, you may have ~ fight each creature your opponents control, one at a time. For each creature destroyed as a result of this effect, ~ gets +X/+X, where X is its toughness, until the end of your turn.

Oddly enough, that was my frame of reference. The idea is that it's an insanely powerful game winning beater that cab easily get fucked in a variety of ways not immediately apparent, like Whither and Infect, or by getting deflecting palmed when it swings.
It's just so stupidly powerful when you first look at it there is no hope of winning, and then you realize one mana can bounce it into oblivion.
